Yes and no. If you're still standing after the first 10 seconds or so the reason it doesn't work out is because you fucked it up at some point. Not because you didn't play an "A Game".

Here is the thing. There are quiet girls out there, that are shy and have the same problem. But those aren't the ones that image is talking about, you know, normal people but rather porn stars, models or just the prettiest woman in the room.
