Draft an assented to motion to modify support. The motion should jointly ask the court to approve a $0 child support payment. You both sign it and submit it to the court. Very simple.

I am working on a short ebook form of my story so everyone can see how things came to pass. I have had my son back for a year, but the proceedings just ended 2 weeks ago after 4 1/2 years of NON STOP and VERY ACTIVE litigation. I am just now getting the fortitude back to assemble the story..ugh!!

I know of a guy in my state who has been so oppressed by the family court - having his kids removed from him for NO reason except to exact a large check from him [he is fairly well-to-do] that he has reached his snapping point. he realizes that the fight is unending and though i disagree with his decision wholeheartedly, he moved to a foreign country 3 continents away and started his life over at 44 years old. He is resolved that he will not see his kids until they become of age. I dont agree wi…

well, a good mother will do what your mother did - abstain from the badmouthing. My son has been marinating in hate for a long time, but i am working hard to de-program that from him

It has been very hard to reestablish the relationship but i am really working hard to show him that all of the brainwashing that he has experienced is nothing more than calculated lies. The best way that I have found to do that is with actions. On a couple of occasions, he has been in what can best be described as "her trance." Completely despondent, non-responsive, un-affectionate, and overcome with disdain for me - literally a mommie-zombie. During those 2 times, i found it necessary to send t…

I did...she posted extensive defamatory statements about me and i sued her. the mother-loving courts dismissed my suit with prejudice characterizing it as retaliatory, even though I had legitimate claims in my complaint. Basically, the court didnt want to deal with me because if i prevailed, it would set a very dangerous precedent which would hurt their feminist agenda

this issue needs massive attention. to get attention, we need to take risks before the court and challenge their predispositions which amount to civil rights violations

I substantially agree with your analysis, but your recitation of the proceedings is not exactly correct. The basic order of operation was as follows: 1) predator ex-spouse/mother sues for big money while simultaneously moving for a change in custody. You sound well-acquainted with the goings on in this arena generally, so I'm sure you know that this type of of bundled action is common (and from the predator's perspective, it makes strategic sense to create as much distance between the thing i wa…

you are wrong again friend. Quillion v. walcott at p.255 makes clear that "the best interest of the child is too vague a concept and places undue emphasis on the parental conduct rather than on any harm to the child." Furthermore, "fit parents are those who have not been adjudicated unfit. (In re Alexis O., 157 N.H. 781, 789 (2008)) (biological and adoptive parents are “presumed to be fit parents . . . until they are found to be unfit in an abuse/neglect proceeding or a termination of parental r…

i appreciate your very rational approach to this discourse but i mus disagree with you on several levels. First, "the right to sire one's child" has "risen to the level of a fundamental human right and liberty." This is federal law as cited in Wise v. Bravo and numerous other opinions. When you are dealing with any RIGHT, budget constraints, time constraints, or frankly any other bureaucratic or political restriction are not circumstances that mitigate the administration of rights. Next, my unde…

i feel for your family for being put through this hell. my family was beside themselves. my parents sued my ex for grandparents rights and they won as well. As for marriage; a prenup is an attempt to sign a contract while contemporaneously acknowledging that the superior authority is the statutory scheme governing marriage. a better plan is to not subscribe to the marriage channel. it is a sick sham

I have been threatened (anonymous threats), and my ex wife's lawyer tried to poison my state senate campaign with dirt from the divorce. It has been a tough road rebuilding with my son....but we are really back on track and we love each other more than ever...he is just getting to the age (9) where he sees that dad is not an evil monster like his mother has brainwashed him to think. as for civil proceedings....judges are very hard to sue. they are protected by absolute judicial immunity, but there are ways to pierce that. Thanks for reading...there is NO threat of violence. It is a reference to the drastic measures that men in NH are turning to to get relief. There is something drastically wrong with a system that drives a decorated military veteran to light himself on fire on the courthouse steps as his only way of getting relief from the oppression of the family court. My situation has been solved. I have regular contact with my son and my court battle is over. I refused to roll over and die and their war of at…

you should read the U.S. supreme court case called Troxel v. Granville. The gist of it is "there is a presumption that fit parents will act in the best interests of their children." Basically, it is a tenet of the doctrine of innocent until proven guilty. You MUST stand on this principle and fight back

very well said. Some refer to the Christian doctrine "give unto caesaer what is caesar's" but i argue that the state NEVER had jurisdiction over marriage...it was an incremental usurpation coupled with a blind acceptance that the state version of marriage had "value" and that the state wanted what was in our "best interests."

yes, agreed...in addition, there is a Title 42 Sec. 1983 civil rights issue here...and not just in my case....in all of our cases. see, if the law doesnt discriminate based on gender, then we should be seeing a statistical reality of NEARLY 50 custody awards to fathers and 50% custody awards to mothers. If the number oscillates around those stats, we are fine (even 60/40 is somewhat acceptable), but we are seeing vital statistic records indicate that mom is awarded custody 95+ percent of the tim…

In addition, it is a due process violation to charge to provide the evidence that is being provided against you. Can you say prejudice? In my state, Pt.1 Art. 15 of the State Constitution bill of rights states in relevant part: "Every subject shall have a right to... to meet the witnesses against him face to face, and to be fully heard in his defense." I am not making that kind of money...i have gone into great debt because of this. We just had our final trial a couple weeks ago. She is a predator and will never back off. She is so entitlement-minded and thinks that the world owes her a living. My son is torn and stuck in the middle. Not quite...a marital master is for all intents and purposes, a judge. They don't often put full-blown judges on these cases because of the case load in other areas. In NH they have created what i call "Judge-lite," being these marital masters. They are supposed to be "experts" at family law, but they are universally idiots...and not just idiots...they are power hungry, ignorant idiots with a feminist agenda. They will utilize any and all excuses imaginable (and unimaginable) to rob you of your …

They all work together every day, they play golf together. their careers are built around perpetuating this....and unless you learn the ropes, you will be hung by the ropes! No, nobody saw it coming. Nobody saw a lot of these things coming. The marital masters in NH are so poorly trained, apathetic, complacent, and of sub-mediocre intelligence and performance, that they expect that the cattle that they herd through the system will simply bow their head down and accept the slaughter. Not me.

Well, this has been going on for 4 1/2 years. My case file is literally 6-feet tall (approx 13 court volumes and 15000 pages). There are hundreds of tentacles to this beast, but I am going to start sharing all of the details. I have been through hell, but I finally overcame the corruption, greed, lies, and abject depravity of the feminist system that enables these women to destroy the lives of their families, children, and fathers. Stay tuned.

This is not an isolated issue. Here in NH, which is the land of corruption, greed, and judicial tyranny, there have been numerous instances similar to this one. I personally have taken on the entire judiciary over family court corruption. I was successful in gaining impeachment recommendations against 3 judges, including the administrative justice of the NH circuit court. I address this at the NH legislature in this video
