You're totally right. Gutfeld saying inappropriate things to make himself look ridiculous is part of his schtick, and why his show is successful. It's a humorous "devil's advocate" that his guests obviously position themselves against. Sometimes the guests he has that are comedians engage in the same type of thing. Kat Timpf is a co-host and if she was genuinely that disgusted by Gutfeld's stances she wouldn't stay around.

Shaun King is a white person who says he's black. He claims to be a big part of the Black Lives Matter group (since he's "black"). He then goes off about white privilege and racism in America while lumping himself in with the group he claims is victimized (blacks) as opposed to the group he claims is doing the victimizing (whites). Not that I really agree with him, but until he is straightforward about his own ethnicity, I will not consider anything he says on the topic of race to be even remote…

No, see, we can't advocate using guns to protect against rape because that might make other people uncomfortable

I think you're right about false accusations can't be punished, at least, not criminally. The worst "punishment" one would get is whatever comes from misusing the justice system. However, if it's proven that the rape accusations are false, legal action can be taken in civil court (the accuser can be sued for damages). I'll see if I can find a source.

I found this intriguing. A while back I posted in another MR thread questioning why circumcision could lead to depression and whatnot later in life. The response I received went into how it's something that is removed without consent and cannot be replaced. They went into comparing it to foot binding and other unnecessary cosmetic procedures, some of which are worse than circumcision, and some that aren't. It was a good point, in my opinion. But what if it's shown to be beneficial to the child, …

A (pro-life) friend of mine posted a good response to this. When a woman says: "You have no right to tell a woman what to do with her body because you are not a woman" I say "I am not a woman, but I used to be a fetus and using your logic that gives me full rights to tell you what you can't do to a FETUS' body. Well you can't kill it."

I'm having trouble understanding why this is that big of an issue. I'm "uncut" as it were and I've never felt inadequate or weird. I was made fun of a bit in middle school, but even as a 12-year-old, I thought it was weird that other males were thinking about my penis and never let it bother me. I couldn't change it, so why let that consume me? I don't plan on having my future kids circumcised, not because I think it's wrong, but because why bother? But if for any (medical) reason whatsoever a d…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
