2	Creepiness, Domination & RP I agree, it can be hard to separate biology from environment some times, however, more and more research point to environment being the greater influence on behavior. The way I understand this is that biology is the predisposed factors you carry, while the environment is the major influence, very simplified of course. Would you not say there is a difference in the behavior of a man from America vs a man from Spain? 3	Male privilege I might be out of my league talking about this, but I have the impression that the men aren't "perfect for the positions" and get the job based on just that. There is a reason that there's more men in higher positions, like education and qualification, but I don't think we can rule out the "men's clubs".
