Abide by this rule: You will never increase a girl's attraction to you over Facebook or text message or instant message. So, stop trying. Ask her out and make a date with her. If she declines, it's time for you to move on (and possibly de-friend on facebook if you need to). Also, this belongs on /r/askseddit.

Most people believe that the thing they're most insecure about is the most noticeable thing to strangers, particularly to ones they've just met, but this mentality only serves to highlight your insecurity. If you act like it doesn't bother you, then it won't likely bother someone you just met. Smile and shrug it off if you get stuck in a stutter, laugh if you can and keep plowing on. By the way, did you see the FR by the guy with one leg? Find inspiration in his story.

Shit tests are not part of relationships. What you may have experienced was manipulation, but being helpful and kind to your girlfriend is not a bad thing, but you need to realize that being helpful/kind/courteous is not quid pro quo for her desire to be (and stay) with you - supplication drives women away.

While it's possible you could be sued for injuring someone in self-defense, it would likely be tossed out of court by just about every judge anywhere, or if it were heard in court, you would likely win easily. You can be sued for any reason any time, but that doesn't mean you're going to lose or even have the case go to trial. And, self-defense does not include "maiming" your attacker. *IANAL (I am not a lawyer)

Wikipedia: Self-Defense (United States) While the definitions vary from state to state, the general rule makes an important distinction between the use of non-deadly and deadly force. A person may use non-deadly force to prevent imminent injury, however a person may not use deadly force unless that person is in reasonable fear of serious injury or death. Some states also include a duty to retreat, when deadly force may only be used if the person is unable to safely retreat. A person is generally…

The first advice is that you shouldn't be hung up on any one girl in particular, because now you've set yourself up to be outcome dependent on whether you succeed or not with this one girl. Don't do that. The length of the conversation should last as long as it naturally should. If you don't know when it feels like a conversation is naturally ending with a girl you just approached, you should probably work on socializing in general to get a feel for typical body language cues that the other pers…

Seddit doesn't have good advice for any one particular girl or situation. We know how to be more attractive and successful with women in general. Our only advice for how you should proceed is to proceed with normal game techniques like you would with every other girl. She's not special and don't kid yourself thinking she is! Asking for Advice Any calls for specific situational advice with a specific female should be directed to /r/askSeddit. Note that is askSEDDIT, not askREDDIT. It exists to gi…

I'm actually lactose intolerant these days (wasn't always), but I get plenty of other enjoyment from other tasty food. I can take a lactase enzyme pill if I really wanted to enjoy some ice cream, but I certainly don't take a pill to eat ice cream in the middle of winter, either. (Follow?) Like I said, it's highly dependent on your social-value situation back home.

I can totally understand where you're coming from, but maybe I can flip your script and say maybe you're doing it wrong if you feel a need to be validated by people from your past?

It's highly dependent on what kind of social value you had/have back home. I'm sure a lot of guys on here had very little of that back in high school or their (small) hometowns, or, if you're like myself, don't have any left there (and that's totally fine with me). I'm not going to the townie bar and getting shitty with people I haven't talked to in years anyways.

Most people aren't going to have 0-60mph stories. Life isn't so clear cut, black/white. It's grey. The human experience is not measurable science. I detest that you insist it's possible to be so reductionist about "what passion does for attraction". It's like you're asking if we could put x units of passion and get y units of attraction as the output, as if it were a discrete function. Ridiculous.

I'm quite thankful for this community/the material too. It's taken me a long way from a year ago or so, but I've definitely got more work in store ahead :) Check out my comment history - I share what I've learned and try to give advice now. One important way to be attractive and well liked is to be a value giver, not a value taker. Currently... this post isn't really of any value to anyone but yourself, that's all.

I really want to not give a fuck, are certain situations more acceptable than others? No. Most people will either not notice, or notice and then ignore it, or (some guys will) notice and listen with jealously that you had the balls to approach in the first place, but it's highly unlikely they will interrupt or gawk. In all cases, everyone who overheard this interaction will forget it pretty rapidly. You are not special and neither is this interaction. Also, there is a girl in my class who is fre…

Yes, that's way too forward. That's the kind of touch that earns guys the "creepy" label. Touch needs to escalate from natural and non-sexual (arm taps, high fives, hugs) before you go anywhere near hair/ears (very sensual locations). You should be able to gauge their interest. If non-sexual touch isn't reciprocated, you are probably going to have a much more difficult time trying to touch her sensually.
/r/seduction09/11/12 07:48 PM

You've got it and the psychology behind it. On a similar vein, I also usually attempt to hold my ground and beckon people to come over (excluding approaches of course), rather than me walking up to them. This is great in social situations, for example, being introduced to a girl who is not already in arms reach for a handshake, or seeing a female friend I haven't seen in awhile: Smile, open arms for a big hug, but stand in place and have her come over to me. This is the same subtle shift: when t…

The outfit line is good, but the second one is lame. Girls make fake compliments about those things to each other all the time. They're practically off-radar. I'd throw in there that kino (appropriate touch and escalation of touch) would take you a long way.

Also, just another thing: If you stop chasing her and she still pursues you, then you actually DO have a chance.

Can I ask how old are you? Your situation screams "high school", which is okay, but you should probably stick to /r/highseddit. Bringing up the subject of exclusivity (her being your one-and-only girlfriend) should be something you do after you've been dating/seeing each other for a little while. She would already know you well enough at that point, in which she wouldn't be able make such a statement. If I were you, I'd consider this one game over. Definitely LJBF. Move on and don't waste your t…

Perhaps. I'm used to girls who don't respond at all if they're not interested, but the OP can be sure about this or not by asking her out on a normal date. If she turns that down too, then, move on already.
/r/seduction25/10/12 09:44 PM

Stop using weed as a crutch. She's interested in you, but doesn't want to smoke as the main interaction, even though you think she's down for that. Ask her out on a normal date, and if that goes well then you can figure out toking up with her down the road. (this belongs on /askseddit btw)

There's no sneaky tricks involved. You escalate from non-sexual touch to sexual touch using the ladder, not because it's sneaky, but because it's congruent with the rest of your interactions with her. Non-sexual touch can be used heavily without being touchy-feely. "Touchy-feely" is a symptom of using incongruent touch, not too much touch. The only "trick" to kino is that you must touch early and touch often. My personal tip is to never look at what you're touching; it's awkward and incongruent …

On a first date, dinner itself is a terrible idea, let alone worrying about who pays, because dinner dates are never really any fun, and it's usually difficult to kino at all. You'll probably feel like you're in interview mode, and worst, it's far more difficult and embarrassing for either of you to eject quickly from dinner if it's not going well. For a first date, schedule a "quick drink" past dinner time (8pm-ish) and kino early, otherwise you're not going to get a 2nd date. At this point, I …

You've figured it out, almost. You can't just go from 0-Sex; you have to escalate in a congruent manner with normal women. And stop giving your male friends bad advice about leaving their dicks at home.
/r/seduction08/10/12 09:50 PM
2

Yes. Follow that escalation ladder right up to the top from very early on. Plenty of girls have a gay male friend they secretly (or not so secretly) wish would fuck them silly, so don't worry about changing who you are personality-wise. Own it. There are boatloads of dudes in theatre who get plenty of pussy. Tell me you didn't hear about that happening with the 'thespians' in your drama club in high school?

To be fair, I usually don't bother attempting game with girls that are 5'9"+, and do recognize that it can be a somewhat limiting factor, but hardly one that keeps me from scoring. My overall target selection is not nearly as large as what my taller friends might have available to them, but that really doesn't matter as the selection of girls close to my height, or shorter, is still pretty good!
/r/seduction05/10/12 03:26 PM
1

I've mentioned it when the conversation is among friends with whom I'm already talking with about (strategies for scoring with) women in general. It's also come up with a female friend of mine who is very "sex positive", and she actually wasn't able to understand my view :(
/r/seduction04/10/12 07:48 PM

I wouldn't put your hand on her thigh next, that's for sure. Next move for me is using the back of my hand to tap her elbow or arm when she says something I like ("anchoring"). After that, my next touch often my open hand on her shoulder for a few seconds while pretending to say something serious that isn't actually serious at all: "Mary, I have to tell you something. [Pause]. My drink is delicious." Check out Vin DiCarlo's escalation ladder if you need more information about "how far to go".
/r/seduction04/10/12 05:46 PM
13

if she backs away, is that a clear sign she's not interested in me? Always assume attraction! How'd you end up on a dinner date with her in the first place if she wasn't interested in you?
/r/seduction04/10/12 05:32 PM
13

This. I've been seated by a waitress across from each other, and right afterward, got up and sat next to her instead, while saying, "I'd rather sit a bit closer to you. [Smile]" F-close that night. I've also moved my chair to be 90 degrees instead of across - not even 90, like 45 even. Be bold! Don't apologize for wanting to move closer, either.
/r/seduction04/10/12 05:24 PM
2

That's a misnomer. I'm no more or less a one-minute-man whether it's been awhile or not. What IS different is the amount I finish with... which is significantly more after a few days. It's so awesome to have a woman notice how much volume I've got. "OMG SO MUCH...", "WHOA, YOU DEFINITELY ENJOYED THAT, HUH!", etc, etc. Evidence: science-tested by myself and with many partners.

Unless you're 18, and still full of raging hormones, this doesn't work. I become docile and ambivalent about getting laid for a solid 1-2 days after a release (sex or fap, doesn't matter). I'm far, far, far more likely to attempt to get laid (even with a HB5/6) if it's been several days since my last release.
/r/seduction04/10/12 04:11 PM

When I tell my male friends that I gave up looking at P, they look at me like I'm freak - until I explain the benefits: I don't miss it, actually, and I'm a lot more sensitive and attracted now to a much larger variety of "real" women. I gained more time in my day, "vanilla" sex is a lot more exciting, and imperfections and eccentricities are turn-ons, not turn offs. Check out /r/noporn and /r/nofap.
/r/seduction04/10/12 04:03 PM

Sure.. but most women don't have dom(inatrix) leanings, though, which is why I said "in general".
/r/seduction02/10/12 09:12 PM

Even for most of us vanilla guys and gals, there's still some value in understanding that biologically (in the context of human evolutionary gender roles), women in general respond well to being dominated in a way that makes them feel safe, not scared. Think, for example: being firm with commands: "Take those panties off," rather than asking, "Will you take your panties off for me?" It's the same request, but the former is dominant and far, far sexier.

I'm not naturally the type of guy who touches people. Light, casual touching in safe zones (arm, elbows, shoulders, upper back) is natural and safe with everyone. Start practicing touching people - not just girls, but everyone. Tap your buddy on the arm when you talk to him. Look your female friends in the eyes while you put one hand on their shoulder when you have something important to say, or when you want to pretend to say something serious but actually something funny (great effect here). Don't ask them. Take the lead. Assume they want to leave with you. By asking her if she wants to go back to your place, you're allowing her brain to engage in Anti-Slut Defense. Hey wanna get out of here? Wanna go back to my place? Are you done for the night? Of course they are going to shy away when you pussyfoot around like that. Instead, you can simply say: Let's get out of here say that while you have her hand, after you've at least made out, and then start walking. Don't mention your place.…

The thing about being in high school, particular suburban ones, is that you are extremely limited in both life experiences and with interactions with a diverse set of people, as well as the opportunity to escape this problem. The TLDR is that you had a bad date because you were in sub-par form, and are now recounting details that don't matter at this point. If you really go on a lot of dates, you'd realize 90% of what you just wrote about isn't relevant to how successful you were, or weren't.

Here's the thing. When you have high social value, parties find YOU. You get invited without asking. It takes time, though, and don't expect to get to this point overnight. Don't be needy, either. If you are turned down or people are flakey about bringing you along - cheerfully say "cool, np, thanks - see you tomorrow in class...". First week of college? Not a massive instant party fest like you expected from the movies? Wah-wah. Don't sweat it though. Sometimes in the middle of running in my neighborhood, I'll run by a hottie walking somewhere. I'm never in the mood to talk then and definitely don't want to stop my run just for some girl. Sorry, but practicing flirting (or even just socializing) with service people is not the same as getting over AA. Waitresses, cashiers, bartenders, retail sales clerks - their job is to service and interact with you. Their reactions may be genuine, but it's not the same as with any woman out in the wild/general public. That isn't to say that it's not a bad thing to practice flirting (even with females you're friends with!) talking with strangers in public, etc, but you have to realize it's not t…

Consider this: If you're a quick thinker, you should be able to maintain an internal monologue that is concurrently running faster than your outer dialogue. In doing so, you should be able to craft your speech to contain more information using less words. It takes practice not to "think out loud", but it's a great skill to improve on. I think the easiest thing to practice at first is to take a full in-out breath between discrete ideas - but don't give verbal cues to indicate you're done talking.…

Yes, I'll agree that if you're the only bro in Zumba class, it's pretty damn hard to not be "obvious guy". I wasn't advocating pick-up attempts in that environment. Stoooooooooooooopppppppp thinnnnnkkkkkkkinnnnnnnggggggg. Get out of your head. Quiet your thoughts. They're working against you. Maybe one or two drinks max will help you get to this point. Now walk over and say "Hello, how's it going?" I have not yet gotten over my AA or ever will, perhaps, but I plow through and do it anyways. I fail sometimes, sometimes it works out okay!

Don't compare, man. There's no point in even thinking like that. "Mindblowing" sex with most women takes time and practice and communication to get right. One night stands are fun and all, but rarely will it ever be the best sex you might ever have with that particular woman.

Here's a video of a guy who posts on seddit doing pickup with a cast on his wrist. It's only awkward if you make it so.

Look, if you're afraid of your belly against hers then how are you not going to be afraid of it when you're doing her in missionary? If you're escalating and it's going well, the act of pulling both your and her shirt up a bit to be belly-to-belly should be exciting for both of you as you start to feel the heat of each other's skin and cores together. You can't be self-conscious about it at this moment - it should be pleasurable for you as well, my man. You need to embrace it and love your belly…

DiCarlo's Kino Escalation Ladder is crucial reading material. Sounds like you skipped right over the sidebar, broseph. If you've managed to go from making out to dry humping, in your scenario, I would probably be working my way to belly-to-belly contact next (#11 in that guide). I wonder, though, if you're getting to the point of dry humping - and neither of you have escalated further in this situation in the past, I have to deduce that you're probably both teenagers? Am I right? In that case, y…

Lift heavy. Full depth ("ATG") squats, and deadlifts. Seriously, when I started lifting heavy, WOW did it boost my testosterone. I started getting a little bit of acne again, and body acne too. Nothing terrible or glaringly awful, but nothing like when I was even a teenager. My confidence is super high anyways, so it doesn't affect me or my game at all. See /r/fitness and /r/nofap. I put on 20lb of muscle in the last year. Feels good man!

Sounds like you scored off outcome-independence, mostly - your passivity/aloofness worked in your favor this time, and maybe your 7 was a bit jealous due to your wing's actions. Might not work like that all the time, but hey, doesn't matter, had sex.

Have fun, make sure she's having fun, and be outcome-independent from whatever happens at the end of the night. If you spend the whole time worrying about whether or not you're going to get to bang her (or whatever your goal is), you probably won't. Just focus on having a fun experience together. tl;dr have fun

Had a girl use this on me once: "Are you a good kisser?" It worked. Also, why only talk sexual when you can be sexual (kino escalation)? Anyways, a buddy of mine likes to tell funny stories about airport security finding his vibrator and it turning out to be someone else's luggage or something. He calibrates the onward conversation based on their reaction / willingness to laugh / share a story of their own.

Eh. Do a few approaches, and if nothing works out, so what? Enjoy yourself anyways, but don't keep at it if you think your social proof is gone at that point. One time I got totally blown out in a big, visible way in a small club. Totally embarrassing. The next weekend I ran into that girl again - at a different venue. Except, this time I noticed her while I was busy making out with a girl I had just pulled on the dancefloor. Oh yeah!

I generally tend to take my flirty interactions with women working in "captive service" positions (waitress, bartender, retail clothing) as merely practice - it's in their interest to act interested in you, which you might easily mistake for "true" IOIs - even with long term, repeat customers. However, from your story, and from her job position not really requiring more than just simple pleasantries, it sounds like there's a little bit more going on, so go for it man!

Why are you thinking of pursuing her for a 2nd date? From your FR it sounds like you're not really into her much. Abundance mentality cures needy behavior, and if you don't feel like you really want her that badly, then stop wasting your time or brain cycles figuring out where to go from here with this one.

Bro, don't sweat it. The high school / town social dynamic can be pretty limiting. Your "social awkwardness" is probably only a function of the environment, not you. Plus, you're just a kid anyways - you're supposed to be trying on different personalities right now. Don't feel like you're "doing it wrong" when there's really no "wrong" way to be - just be you, or be a better you if you want. I was a weird mix in h/s - captain of a sports team but also in the computer A/V club. I had good grades,…

Seems powerful. I've sent trivial pictures via MMS of things that we shared a conversation over a few days later, usually because I felt like I wasn't illustrative enough at the time but didn't want to "take my phone out" during a date. Always with positive results. I've even just grabbed a picture off the web and sent it rather than taking a photo. So you really have the whole internet at your disposal for this even if you don't have something interesting to take a photo of yourself.

I find that when I'm dancing, I have a habit of gazing off somewhere into space at an angle somewhat downward as I feed off other people's dance moves. When I recognize this is happening, I level my gaze back to straightforward, start making eye contact with people, start smiling again, (while still dancing of course) all of a sudden I'm back to approaching and talking to women. Tiny difference, huge outcome.

A long with eye contact, I tend to get faster service when I've got both hands or elbows on the bar, with my wallet half-showing in one hand. I don't have cash or a card out, however. I never waive my hands, or point, or shout, or take my hands off the bar really. As far as I eye contact, I also try to imagine "smiling eyes" instead of just a stare-down, even if I'm not smiling. Try it - you have very subtle muscles in your eyes that can stare in a "happy" way or in a "bold/serious" way. Sounds …

Similarly, find a close girl-friend that you can talk to. Girls know how one another think. I'm going to disagree on the second part of this bullet point. Fine, have a female friend(s), for fun, for wingwoman, for a confidant, whatever. But, as far as getting bona-fide advice on how women think? They're just going to tell you what they think they want, rather than what they instinctively are attracted to. Case in point: every successful FR you've ever read.

Did you text all of them or just one? Did you isolate one that you're most into and focus on her? Let her be the one to decide if you can't have her. Stop disqualifying yourself as an option she might be considering. No such thing as building up motivation to go to the gym. Just do it. Well, you could have done better than, "let's do something this weekend" - that's so vague! Next time try being more specific, and of course, phrase it like like you assume she's already interested. "Hey, how's it going? Meet me for a coffee Saturday afternoon downtown?" "Hey, I'll be in your neighborhood Sunday afternoon, let's grab a drink at Bar X!" "Hey, the spring flowers are blooming in the park finally - come check them out with me Saturday!" More: Text/Phone game: Don't discuss the time/…

One tip to remember a person's name: imagine it written on their foreheads in permanent marker. Humans are good at remembering faces, but not so much names. If you want to see if she's interested beyond your front-desk interactions, ask her what she does for fun on her days off? Find out something more about her and turn it into a conversation; thread it, and then angle your way to asking her number if you think she's interested.

What's crazy is that you self-identify as a "low status male". Fuck that noise. From here on outward, you need to identify yourself as "a recovering low-confidence man, now a major work in progress." I don't like it, because now you're back-handedly violating the the "abundance" and "this is normal for me" mindset - you wouldn't excitedly text your friend about getting a number if it happens all the time, since your friend "should already know" you get numbers "all the time".
