Oh boy is the Yoga point a good one. Not many places where you can: A) Allow your body to relax and deal with adjusting to uncomfortable acts; B) Allows you to live in the moment and get out of your overthinking headspace; C) Get in shape; and D) Do it all in close proximity to Women who are all trying to work on themselves in a similar way.

I used to have that same rigidity problem. It is most likely in how you hold your knees, back, neck, and shoulders. -For the knees, stand with your feet shoulder length apart and on the center of your feet, not just on your heels, this will unlock your knees giving you easier movement.
