OP is not an asshole. He actually handled it correctly. Many women lie/think they want an FWB and are cool with that when they really aren't. The assholes are the dudes who string them along when they know that.

100% the winners of hookup culture are men who can participate in it. Even men who don't get to participate in it as regularly as other dudes are still winning.

What "happily single" women count as "single" are numerous tinder dates in between that lead nowhere because the guy wasn't hot/good enough. I don't know that this is something that makes most women "happy". If anything the women I speak to do go on a lot of dates without difficulty and find attractive dudes who want to sleep with them but finding dudes who want real relations outside of casual/fuck buddy can be challenging for them. But your point otherwise is still somewhat valid. Single women…

Yes you are right. Women don't want sexual attention.

I was not referencing unwanted attention. That is obviously not a privilege. I was specifically referencing sexual attention from potential partners that they do want.

below average men get no attention. Below average women don't get romantic attention either, just sexual. This is very accurate. I think OP's point is that below average women still get something. I mean sexual attention can't be ignored. It is not their preferred form of attention but it is something. Being able to easily get sex is a privilege. This in no way discounts the problems women have with guys deceiving them into pump and dump type of scenarios. But it is a privilege to have access to…

"Submissive" is the wrong word because it has many connotations unrelated to what the man actually wants. They want a woman who is generally agreeable and allows her man to take the lead. That does not mean that they are a silent subservient doormat. It just means that they offer their opinion but ultimately go with the decision that the man makes. They do it because they want to go with the decision the man makes. Just like the women out there who want a man to plan the date, pick the restauran…

I don’t think it’s a bad decision. Yeah i did not say it was a bad decision. That is the thought process of those who use that phraseology

Yeah I don’t think so. I think it’s younger frustrated lonely dudes who hang on to the hope that one day the women who rejected them will pay for their decisions.

I enjoyed that sub. They did have some good tips for women like not doing FWB, not dating drug/alcohol addicts, not dating losers, etc... I think that was really helpful to ladies at large. So many women are into losers and the sub could assist those ladies. But yeah they had some angry and extreme views. I am sad they went private I enjoyed lurking that sub.

Replacing dating with sex workers is like being starving and only having a couple of crackers available for food. You are starving so eat the crackers to keep you going but you aren't really satiated and certainly aren't getting the proper nutrition you need from food. Sex workers will let you blow your load and allow you the intimacy and dopamine that hit that touching an attractive woman gives a man. Every man needs that. But like the crackers that will get you by but you are still missing out…

Right but they can order the husband to keep her on insurance or to pay her the equivalent in cash so she can get insurance.

If a man had his wife on his work insurance plan, American divorce courts will not allow a him to simply drop their spouse off their insurance. There would be some compensation plan.

Yeah that is not a classic pump and dump because he hit it twice. But yes it was a pump and dump. You didn't do anything that I would deem "dramatic" or "offensive". He purposely over reacted and used that as an excuse. He probably just wanted to fuck you a couple of times and not have any sort of ongoing relationship with you and then move on to other women. Don't get hung up on this and enjoy the hook up for what it was.

Was there anyone questioning that going to the gym was a good idea?

Some of their basic tenets are really good for all women. Same as TRP they have some things that I feel like should be elementary but few people seem to know/understand them. For example they are big time against FWBs and casual hookups I believe because they feel that they do not benefit women most of the time...which I agree with. They tell women that their male "friends" are not really friends but rather predators. Again, usually true. But like TRP there are extremists who make the rest of th…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
