And you don't even need to play naive, if someone does something that makes you uncomfortable, and you give them a fair warning to back off and they don't listen, you are in your rights to retaliate with enough force to get them to back off. You know, if this was the wild west, I'd be more inclined to agree with the "get the bastard before he gets you again" mentality.
