I guess the point that I was trying to argue is that these studies are used to attempt to prove that same sex couples are incapable of being good parents, but they ignore other critical comparative factors in discussing a child's wellbeing. The child is not biologically related to both parents and is in many cases adopted. Of course you can predict they will fair poorly compared to their classmates. I could not imagine the ridicule some of them must face. But how do they fair against a child who lived in an orphanage their entire life?
