I'd assume. The book is based off of the famous book that people use to quite smoking so why not eating as well

Had this very thought process before in the past. I started reading a book called the "easy peasy method" thats helped more than the 3 years I've been trying to quite with every other method. If it doesn't help the first time you read it then reread it. Like propaganda. You see hear it enough you'll likely start to believe it. https://easypeasymethod.org/

Just to delve into this a little further.... stopping PMO isn't what causes discomfort but the addiction to PMO is.... For example someone who's addicted to heroine will experience discomfort when he hasn't had his fix. Someone that's never done heroine will just be normal. For anyone thinking about quitting please read the easy peasy method https://easypeasymethod.org/ Love the book and its been helping me lots in this area!

I disagree with your theory because I've seen it myself....guy I went to highschool with...supper skinny guy (120lbs) to (180+lbs) in mostly muscle Took him a few years but he went from a 4 to an 7/8 in a few years

That's just it. The brain creates pathways in your mind for everything you do. Each time you do something that path/track gets a little easier to take than before. The more often you lift when you should the easier it will be to get yourself to lift the next time. The same is true for bad habits like PMO, being lazy and so on

Been reading the book of pook for the past week or so, halfway done. But a reoccurring theme is do what you want to do. If you wanna ask her again in 2 weeks and next if she says no, then why not. Correct me if I'm wrong

Compound interest for the win! Very good response dude. I've been doing this for 4 years now and you put it into better words than I ever could. One thing I would suggest is don't just make one giant payment (investment) per year but split that 10000k over multiple payments. For example I do $100 every week, that comes down to 5200 per year. Doing this averages out the years ups and downs alot more which gives you a better rate of return

Little tid bit of information that I learned the hard way. If a girl ask you a question and you decide not to answer it in order to be "mysterious." In no way shape or form answer the question no matter how much she begs, keep the rationalization hamster spinning

Excuse me if im not allowed to say this, new to trp. As a beginner to working out, this is exactly how im feeling. I don't understand alot of what's being said. And googling everything gets tedious. I have still learned lots don't get me wrong! Working out at home for now to get into a routine. started 2 weeks ago, mainly push ups, crunches deadlifts and hammer rows. This is the routine I use on an app I found (chest& back, core, rest chest&back, core, legs, rest) and repeat I'll check out some …

Confront her about it, you gotta maintain frame, setting boundaries and such. However a Chad wouldn't gaf and if she did something he didn't he'd soft next her (abundance mentality)

Currently in a similar situation... everybody up my ass about getting stuff done....don't let the pressure get to you. Do what you can and do it good, try and get others to help or do their part properly at least so it's a little less stressful. Also when you leave work, make sure you leave any thoughts, problems ideas too! Being at home is for rest Gl man

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
