I'm an American man in my 20s... any ideas on where I could find a woman who can treat me with a little dignity? Asia? South America? Probably some states in the US, maybe a few places in Europe. There are still places out there where women are satisfied in their femininity. It's cultural. Get the hell of out of that culture and many of your problems will go away. Don't expect it to change any time soon.

Every model looking girl you see has a guy somwhere bored of her Read this on repeat until it sinks in. She only has one vagina. You will get bored I don't care if it's Jessica Alba.

Yup it's true! Trust me, the UK is a shit place to live full of unhappy people. Could be the weather? I spent 30 years in this dark, cold, wet, windy climate.. then spent a few years in paradise and my daily well-being irreversibly changed. We're a lot more approachable in the summer ;)

Too true. There is nothing salvageable in the UK. The dating pool is complete and utter trash. I spent 3 years in Asia.. within the first WEEK I had an abundance of women 10 times the quality. .. it's funny watching the women here think they're hot shit sat inside for 8 months of the year because of the shite weather. People here seem to think they live in Miami or something. The only women I've dated in the UK have been foreign, Latin, Asian, whatever, anything but British.

but I am unhappy (as great as my wife is, I can't do monogomy) This is something I am seriously struggling to deal with. I have a great GF of 3 years, up there by RP standards and I couldn't possibly do better in terms of love/commitment as I'm one of her first.. but I cannot handle monogamy. Now I'm trying to break it to her or break up with her and it's shit. I'm literally sacrificing love and whatever 'loyalty' can exist in a woman for sexual freedom (which I believe is crucial for my own hap…

My advice is to go to another country that has an abundance of women who haven't ruined themselves.. then stay in that country. The reason women are so fucked up around you is because of the society around you. Abundance is very real and in your face if you're in the right place! It doesn't sound like you're fishing in fruitful waters. For older guys, how is it finding 21-24 year old girls as you hit 30 and beyond? For someone with their shit together you have your entire 30s and probably 40s to…

Honestly, don't worry about all that shit. The ONLY thing you need to do is follow your mission/improve yourself (that's your #1 priority) and fuck her good. You don't even need to think about all these other BS games because you'll be behaving attractively and she'll have passive dread. You'll naturally push away when you're almost always on your mission or busy building a great life, and you'll naturally pull when you want to fuck. How anyone can rationalise effort beyond that I don't know.

Don't engage her.. take 12+ hours or a couple of days to respond. When you do talk lead up to arranging to meet. Let her waffle all she wants, she'll get the message when you don't respond and she'll find another texting buddy. I don’t even argue with her. I just ignore it but she keeps ranting lol With respect, we don't have eyes into these conversations. You say you're ignoring her but are you? When I invite her to come over, all she does is talk and no more fucking. So she's gone from FWB to.…

Cheap and cheerful. Think logistics if you want to sleep with her quickly. Assume attraction (she agreed to a date!). Get her talking and listen. Escalate (!). Invite her home. Be the one to cut it off, don't suggest another date, don't go for a kiss at the end (awkward cliche). Remember, if you don't move fast enough you'll lose her to someone who does ;) It will take time to get into the swing. I'm sorry, but what does a HB9 have to offer a high value man aside from her pussy? It isn't just that you are the prize, it's that she is NOT on a pedestal despite what she or others think.

Fuck her good. That is THE way of increasing your attraction with a woman. But if she won't meet you or give you the opportunity to fuck her then you've already lost. Meet other women. Think shotgun, not sniper. Forget this low interest bitch. I've been there, they will see it and they will toy with you until you get wise.

I've had my phone on silent for the last 4 years. I'd recommend that as a starting point. But I work on the computer so can't avoid technology sadly :/ I've also done too much online dating which is frankly a complete and utter waste of time for most of us. Go outside (covid aside), meet people like a 'normal' person and claim back the connection we've lost with the internet. Don't expect people on Reddit to tell you to put your phone away haha

Tell her to shut the fuck up about her ex or piss off out of the door? haha Remember, if you have options you're not going to put up with this kind of BS.. she'd be nexted so quickly if she said that to a guy who had self respect. She obviously doesn't respect you. Drop her. Withdraw attention. Spend it on other women. Show her these juvenile games don't get her anywhere with you.

Any tips for plateaus? I hit them pretty quickly with BP. I got to 100kg DL, but could barely do 40kg BP.. I was on 60kg squats for 6 months.. I did 5x5. Would you recommend increasing the weight by increments each time? (they say 1.25kg or something)

It was just too much energy, I prefer 1-2 FWBs and have no problem moving on whenever. I find that gives me far more time to focus on my own stuff, and it allows those FWBs to grow a little deeper than if I had 3/4 in rotation. It's all personal preference, I suppose. I did it originally because I read in The Rational Male that a man should experience such abundance before they even consider a relationship. I'm glad I did. Early on I was also chasing validation through sex. Now I've had my fill …

It sounds like you're over-thinking. It's common for that to cause anxiety. I had it myself for years, thoughts circling round and round, I could never quite settle. You've probably read enough for now, explore other kinds of literature. Read what you enjoy. I made the progress when I stopped reading self-improvement books and started acting on it all. Beyond that, look into mindfulness and meditation. Try to get to a point where you don't care about the content of your thoughts any more. Get ou…

Read into dread game: "Sometimes all that’s necessary to provoke that imagination is to get to the gym, dress better, get a raise, travel for work, change your routine, adopt a Game mentality, hang out with a new (or old) friend, be cocky & funny with her – risk to offend her sensibilities. It happens. I've only had a few relationships myself but I live my life regardless of what someone else says. You've surrendered to her frame and she isn't impressed. Now you are tasked with asserting your own frame while you both know you already gave into her frame.. is it really worth saving? It will take a great deal of effort and investment and your priorities should really be elsewhere -- your mission, purpose, self-improvement, other/better women and partners.

Look into dread game. I think I have 1. To see she's nothing more special than the bitch down the street and 2. I can have another gf asap. Appreciate she is a person and you love/care about her, but also understand that you could 100% replace her with enough time and effort. There should be no anxiety about it. How many women have you dated? Is this your first relationship?

It's a different game in an LTR. This needs to be about you. TRP is one of the reasons I broke up with my first girlfriend. Another one is "she's not yours, it's just your turn". The takeaway being that we don't own anybody, sexually, and it is losing game to assume we do. Act accordingly, don't expect loyalty. I think there are so many brutal truths it can take a long while to digest. I hit the anger phase while I was in an LTR and felt cheated so I got rid of her.. and eventually met a far bet…

I'm back after a few years but I think I had digested more than you by that time by the sounds of it. I saw the biggest differences through plating. I no longer stopped after hooking one woman and suddenly I found I had 3-4 in rotation. It became too much for me personally, but it did teach me a great deal of abundance. The other huge differences came through attitude changes. Many of my limiting self-beliefs were instantly broken down as experience taught me otherwise. For example, I would NEVE…

shes already winning You don't need multiple plates to still be ahead. You need an abundance mindset and nothing more. To be honest I can't be bothered with more than 2 women in my life max. I don't give a flying fuck who they're seeing because they won't ever get serious commitment out of me. Who's winning again? It's all in our heads. Once you've experienced success and your inner game has developed sufficiently you won't need anything to be winning -- you've already won. Relax. You can find a…

I asked her if she wanted me to stop, she said no... but then after a few seconds stopped me again. At this point I gave up. This is basic push-pull. You took it personally and stopped trying. That's what you did wrong. Shrug it off, lean back, withdraw a little but tease her, go for it again. Remember, SHE wanted to be alone with YOU. Don't start questioning yourself at that point. Someone said to try again with her.. I doubt that will work. She would have lost respect and attraction for you be…

Didn't get her back first night unfortunately but she was reaching out afterwards and wanted to arrange something else. Then when I started to put some plans forward.. Work on your abundance mindset. It becomes a lot easier once you've experienced a decent amount of success. I know there is an abundance of women out there waiting to meet me, and I know there is an abundance of women in my future. Just knowing that is enough to chill me out and allow me to focus on far more important things such as mission, goals, etc. "Every king will be crowned". Keep working on yourself and you cannot lose.

Desperate men chase single mums, and single mums think they're in demand because of those men. It's a pathetic cycle. Best to just stay away. They should barely make it to FWB.

If I look back when I was really young (11/12, I am 18 now) I didn't have this problem or mentality. The reality is you will have very few real friends through your life. Maybe a handful if you're lucky. The difficult aspect of this is you won't know who your real friends are until you've known them for 15+ years. Even then, think of people who divorce after 20 years because "they weren't who I thought they were". Be your own best friend first and stop looking for love, approval, attention or va…

No. You should genuinely be too busy either with your hobbies, interests, mission or other women. Couple of pointers. Try to arrange a date in the week and have your own plans for the weekend. You will not come off very well if you're hounding her through the weekend. Contact her maybe day after getting her number, if you wait too long she'll go into auto-rejection. Hmm.. I've been with quite a few South American women and had a Chilean girlfriend for a while. Didn't realise Brazilians were known for that, I'll take it into account. To be fair, Tinder is pretty atrocious where I am compared to the country I was living in the past few years.

Same can be said for Asia. I lived in Thailand for 3 years and my new standards rule out the vast majority of Western wenches. Most of the women I've dated have been foreigners. I'm from UK and the women are dire.

Cheers. I honestly think one of my biggest problems is impatience. I think it's because I know they'll go home with the right guy and that I've been that guy before for other women. I want to be that guy for them, not some random alternative. I'll try to chill out a bit and move cut off to 2nd date and see how that goes.

Hey, thanks for this! I recently lost a couple of beautiful women because I insisted on dropping anyone who wasn't DTF on the first date -- I always invite them back to my place, but usually only kiss if they come back. I think I need to chill out a bit and let a 2nd date happen at/near my place.

she texts you the next day and says she's not feeling it and then you beat yourself up for pussying out and not just kissing her Yep! I kept all my old FRs from early dates and I recall losing a large portion due to not escalating. True, thanks. There is good/bad.. the bad is I am on here instead of with this gorgeous chick. Gah. I feel like I'm having to re-learn lessons since coming out of a relationship.
/r/askTRP09/09/20 11:16 PM

forcing the issue on the first date was probably a mistake Maybe that's another problem. I do force the issue on the first date and instantly lose interest if they're not DTF. My reasoning is I would rather hang around with women who can't keep their hands off me. I probably need to lift more. I'm about 2 stone under where I should be.

if she recoiled in disgust then perhaps you read the room wrong. I read that moment completely wrong, that's the problem. I've been with enough women to know when they're attracted, and I've brought enough back on the first date to know I could have had her.. I invited her back at one point and she was asking about the area I lived in. She was talking about going to another city and throwing out subtle invitations. To clarify, this happened around the time my Uber was arriving. I was kicking myself because, even though things were going well and I'd already escalated, I hadn't attempted to kiss her. There was plenty of opportunity. This is 2 hours in.. I essentially thought "If I don't kiss her now she won't come on a second date/I'll lose her".. . I agree, and I do think this proclivity is due to how women generally operate in the realm of emotion. You can imagine the difference between a group of rational, stoic (or emotionally repressed) men working on a project vs a group of irrational, emotional women. Naturally, men have the tools to co-operate with each other towards common goals without their emotions taking control, whereas women have the whole mess of emotional baggage to pierce through before they can focus. Even then, they natu…

Attitude - "a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior." Mindset - "the established set of attitudes held by someone." It's abundance MINDSET, not abundance that people keep talking about here. You don't need any of this stuff to materialise to have an abundance mindset. That's the beauty of it. It's availability monitoring -- every 30 seconds or 1 minute a request is sent to a website or API endpoint to check that it is up and responding appropriately (whether status code, some text in the body, json, or a header key/value). It would integrate with PagerDuty to send out notifications :) not got that far yet though!

Great attitude! After 10 years of software development I'm finally building my first SaaS. almost 2 years in and will NOT quit until I've achieved a significant amount of success. If people want a simpler way to earn money online, learn a valuable skill you can deliver over the internet! I'll leave the research to you. I went from 30 years of cloud and rain and cold to 18 months of daily sunshine. I thought I was depressed. Turns out I was starved of sunshine because I woke up almost every day with a smile on my face, nothing could keep me down for more than 2 seconds, far more resilient, optimistic. It had such a major effect I am now in the process of emigrating having decided I will never live in my home country long-term ever again. Take your supplements, but don't forget the climate!

Literally the only way to stop them wandering is to be the biggest alpha. If only. They are not just looking for better, but different. Doesn't matter how big and alpha you are. Experience is the real teacher. Believe or don't believe, we're are all bound by these behaviours, and, sooner or later, they will emerge in plain sight. The tragic thing is even despite this many people will *still* bury their heads in the sand and deny the truths being played out in front of them. We have a handle on sexual strategy but human psychology is not exactly hard science. We speak in a lot of generalities; individuals will always have the ability to transcend their instincts. We can'…

I wouldn't even say it is only hypergamy. I think there are many motivations. Humans are complex. I don't think it is a far stretch to say a partner, man or woman, would get bored after x amount of years and want to go experience another way of life, esp. if they've done the whole home-building, child-rearing deal. I remember the analogy of jobs being used, something along the line of "women treat men like men treat jobs"; when a better position opens, why wouldn't she move? Following from my fi…

Internet dating is for thirsty men without other options. Why in the hell would I put in the time and investment for a digital version of myself when the real me already has women within reach out in the real world? Unless you're incredibly attractive and photogenic and, yes, enjoy fucked up women, I wouldn't even bother. All this time and investment is much better spent gaming face to face.

Solitude and monk mode helps. You need sustained periods of your life (I'm talking years) where you have nobody to rely on but yourself. Once you come to peace with yourself you realise you don't actually need to depend on another soul. Then you become the rock people depend on because life doesn't perturb you no matter how fucked it gets.

I think all of this comes down to a heavy dose of self-awareness. With that, the contradiction doesn't matter. We will forever attempt to untangle the fabric of reality and fall short, creating paradoxes and contradictions, biases and beliefs in the process. We simply cannot comprehend reality through intellect. Direct experience through our senses is the closest thing we have, and we can't even trust our senses. With that said, I don't see the problem holding contradictory information, beliefs,…

I spent 18 months in SE Asia and can't agree more. They are a world apart from their overweight, entitled, quasi-masculine Western counterparts. Let's hope SE Asians don't continue to embrace online dating and hookup culture because we already know what's coming! It has been quite depressing coming back to UK (6 weeks in). The combination of no value + high expectations is a little too much to handle. Pitiful almost. They are clueless.

Plenty of foreplay. After I'd slept with a few dozen women on Tinder I moved to another country and met a virgin (or very low-n count girl). I was used to sleeping with women on the first date but I spent 6 months kissing and caressing this woman before we started having sex (I was sleeping with other women at the same time). Patience. This is a bit of blindspot with TRP. It fails to acknowledge the end-game. The fact is strong men stop raising children, the generations that follow will be raised by weak men. Look where that has got us (here). From what I see it's our duty to future generations to set the path.

Repetition is the simplest way to describe that. Repeat a lie enough times and it becomes truth. Focus on overt habits - your diet, exercise, sleep, use of technology etc, then extend that into mental habits. Good attitude! It can be difficult to see how damaging the environment is when you've grown up in it your whole life. I barely left the country for 30 years so it has hit me real hard just how much better other places are. What exactly are you sacrificing by leaving? Support for your brothers? Pretty much. My youngest brother (23) was taken into care when he was 8 until 18, then his mum died and I just want to be there for him.. but I cannot accept responsibility. He wants to leave and I'm sure …

Get your family to move down there. Wish I could! My Dad is a lazy bastard and lives off the system. One of my brothers does unskilled work (though I'm trying to get him into TEFL). And my youngest brother (23) is on his own path and can't be told anything. He's doing really well, though. He wants to leave so I reckon I'll pay flights to get him out of country as often as pos until he doesn't turn back.

I'm in the middle of building a software business (software-as-a-service), though my career is software development (10 years in, currently freelancing remotely). The plan is to use the business to build the financial foundations for my future rather than scale another wage. Focus is semi-passive income even if that means full-time working on my business -- which is exactly what is happening. After that I plan to build a charity in the name of my dead mum. So yeh, nothing is going to deter me fr…

The way I see it, if I don't make this decision now I'll fall into a habit and never make it. When I say 18 months of peace and quiet I mean literally every single day sunshine and an abundance of beautiful, feminine women. To come back to a fight within 4 days in the pissing cold and rain surrounded by obese women.. I don't think I am being dramatic. I think I'm being sensible and putting myself first. My advice would be to avoid them areas unless confident of yourself or with certain friends a…

I have considered it, but I feel like if I'm going that far away I might as well explore farther out to somewhere more exotic. I've not travelled much (only started at 28) so pretty much entire life spent in UK. Oh and living costs are really important as I'm only working part-time freelancing. Plovdiv, for example, is significantly cheaper than anywhere I could find in the UK.

Ominous. Good to hear the reaffirmation of what my gut is saying: leave and don't look back. If I move to a country which is quite close I can pay flight for my brother to come over so it'll actually be an even better situation. More I think about it more I know there is no other choice.

Like... I don't know how you mentally get past that feeling of "not being good enough" That's the crux of it, right? You don't feel worthy. What you are also likely feeling is what is called "cognitive dissonance". This can happen when you're actions are not true to your values. For example, you value getting fit but you're not putting in the work. That kind of thing grinds away subconsciously and makes you feel like shit. You're also very likely over-thinking. The question is: what actions do y…

if you really want to build something bigger you should consider the US. I have considered this, it's just such a huge place to me (and completely unknown as never touched US soil) that I wouldn't know where to start. I'll keep it in mind, though. Maybe that's where I'll end up. Only reason I wouldn't is due to the shitty selection of women.

Pretty much. One is proactive guy but IMO just not enough opportunity to leverage his abilities for upward mobility. The other guy just accepts how shitty things are and is happy to live at home and date his ugly gf. My brother is really proactive and he wants out and move closer to nature. One of my friends is kinda like other guy you mentioned. Nothing but rationalisations and denial.

Work and save something solid to move, consider teaching English I do programming and already have a freelance client (for last 12 months) and they want to keep me on. So I can essentially move about a bit. Plovdiv (Bulgaria) is starting to sound very appetising. It's such a shame. The weather is one thing, but the people really do ruin this place.

I appreciate it. I think I just needed to hear I wasn't going a bit insane or being too drastic. When I first started dating properly a few years ago I tried anything I could - bouldering, rock climbing, martial arts, massage classes, salsa dancing, badminton, go karting, airsoft. You just have to find something which you genuinely enjoy. If you can get paid, too, great! I found badminton really enjoyable when going against an evenly matched opponent. Can get pretty intense. Salsa dancing is great for meeting women and getting comfortable with keno if not already. Rock climbing is amazing, …

He was agreeing with everything she said and, foolishly, introduced me into the conversation where I abruptly disagreed with her (something about feminism). I also remember saying to her on a date much later that "feminism is poison".. she was pretty hardcore feminist but still went home with me. How much you can offen…

Any advice for this kind of approach in a foreign country, say Thailand? I've been here for the last 12 months and have been occupied with a gf. I'm considering doing some approaches/social game to loosen up, but I've found conversational flexibility generally goes out of the window when there is a serious language barrier involved. Strong keno and leading still gets me through.

Ultimately, your place in the hierarchy is not something you should worry about, but rather be aware of. You have no control over the value of her previous partners, you merely want to be aware that your'e coming in at the top to ensure you get the best of her. What do we expect? We've discussed every facet of feminine behaviour and sexual strategy and have nothing else to do but ponder while we wait for technology to change the landscape again. I'd say the great social clashing of TRP with a BP world has already happened and this is just the aftermath.

Fuck me while hunting for your beta. Ha! Exactly the attitude I've introduced to most women. Loneliness is a terrible problem but it's also self inflicted. Surely there are other options? We preach about responsibility here and then offload the responsibility of raising the next generation to BP morons? Women cannot, and will not, give meaning to your life. Not now, and not in your 60's. You and your mission of self-actualization is the only thing that will. One thing is for certain, enjoy the decline. Kind of my attitude.. so what I'm looking for is to enjoy a strong family life in a society that is in a pre-destructive state, and will be in that state for at least the lifetime of my family. Then it's my children's responsibility to do the same thing, edging further and further away from the drain until we all inevitably go swirling down the plughole. Where are those societies? That's the question.

After a couple of years here I took a 6 month break when I landed in Thailand. Came back recently and realised exactly this "for women" attitude you mention. I didn't even see it before. Was mainly because I went MGTOW for a while and started a business and simply don't have time for them. Now understand they have almost no value to my life. We're not talking about vapidly fucking every piece of ass that enters your target. We get it. Fucking women is EASY when you know how. There are plenty to go around. Christ, I'm 5'8 and bald and have enough attractive women to last me a lifetime. Fucking them is not the problem. We're talking about the end-game.. unless you plan to perpetually plate-spin into your grave? Dunno. I got bored of plate-spinning after the first 2 years of indulgence.

This is inspiring to read. I'm only 3 years into TRP at 30 and am completely jaded with casual, short-term encounters, and can only see keeping a woman around to raise children with. Yet at the same time it seems to become increasingly difficult to find a woman capable of that kind of commitment. I mean.. I'm in Thailand. Even here Tinder and online dating have destroyed pair-bonding. Met a 23 year old virgin I've been seeing for 6 months, good family, respects her mother and father. Sends me lo…

I wish we would talk more about the end-game. Seems majority here consist of younger fellas just finding their feet and indulging. I started late at 27, but have already become incredibly bored with women and I'm only 30. My end-goal could be children as I don't value women as any other position, but I just cannot see how the risk is worth it.

This mirrors exactly my own thoughts. My brother is voluntarily celibate at the minute and is also a virgin. He's dedicated to learning and shaking off the cultural shackles. I can tell he is still BP when it comes to women, but he's definitely come to the realisation that sensual pleasure is not where sustainable satisfaction lies - he's found sustainable satisfaction from meditation. ..and when you come to realise that women don't offer anything to a man who is complete and content, why exactl…

Interesting. This is exactly how I feel after 3 years deep into TRP after de-pedestalising chicks and coming to the conclusion they are not the angels I was led to believe they were.. that they can not even offer loyalty or commitment.. and so why would I emotionally invest in them over the long-term? Seems to me that leads nowhere but perpetual plate-spinning, of which I've become increasingly jaded with. Only option is to just forget about them - which I mostly do now and get on with my own st…
