The article is crap, but I do think that there is a lot more misogynistic music than misandrist music. Hip-hop in particular is extremely sexist and usually written by men. I think this bias can be attributed mostly to the genre. Women dominate the pop genre which is much less vulgar so it's not surprising that women singers have less overtly sexist lyrics. The few female rappers that I know are just as bad if not worse (Ikkimel for example).

She didn't get 6 months jail, she got a suspended sentence which means she basically got off for free. She will only have to serve her sentence if she commits another serious offence; even if she steals shit or assaults someone she probably won't go to jail and just get another suspended sentence on top. Suspended sentences in Germany are much more lenient than probation in the US. This isn't necessarily because of sexism. It's a general problem of the German justice system.
