I no longer have sex with my wife because simply I have had two kids and that is enough for me. Its a very simple to avoid having more kids. Stop having sex. Been there done that, it didn't work. 2 words: Yeast and Infection. The females spent more time in the rear while we carried on with less people, ergo, did more than our allocated share of work. P.S. we were not a combat arm but a field communications unit

Walk away from that noise. Find a work out regime, and make it your bitch. Stop eating junk. Improve yourself monetarily. Remember AWALT. Read the wiki. Maintain frame. Don't compromise yourself worth.

OP maintains frame! Before we go on vacation, I look for a gym that will let me continue with my work out strategy. If I have to drive a bit to get there, fuck it, I drive. The wife, the kids, the beach can wait until I'm done. I pack all of my supplements, shakes, shaker cups, etc., with me when we go. It's something I do just for me. They benefit too. I'm healthy, strong, employed, respected and able. Way to hold frame OP and pass the shit test.
