I know what you mean, and I think a lot of it probably comes down to stuff you take for granted, like how you slept. Also there are some interactions you’ll make early in the day that will set the tone for the rest of the day. This is all just conjecture and I don’t really have a straight up answer for you, but I know what you mean.

Smv is sexual market value iirc. Pretty much just looks, some other subtle stuff. So what he’s getting at is if you have low smv (not good looking, not around a high-status crowd) just make sure you at least appear wealthy.
