Im 25 and im starting to get varicose veins already because since I was 16 I’ve worked high demand jobs where I’m throwing 40 lb bags of flour and lifting 100 lbs of dough, and then I come home and have to wash clothes, make food, etc? I’m off today and I literally haven’t gotten out of bed and its 3pm. I can’t imagine the emotional exhaustion you must deal with. I’m a baker, and struggle to get done with my job on time MOST days even while giving 100%. I love the work I do but when I’m done I have nothing left to give.
