Considering this tech will be created who knows when and that the global population will enter decline by the end of this century, it will not be a problem. In fact, when the global birthrate inevitably goes under 0.8 per woman and lower, this might be the only way to keep the ball rolling without going full Taliban or Handmaid's Tale on society.
