i promise you that this isn't the case, i have seen more women immediately write off men purely for things they can't control like height and background without ever taking into consideration those aspects of "who" a guy is. If the person is hot, they could literally recite the alphabet incorrectly, it wouldn't really affect their chances of finding a partner.
