But what really grinds my gears is the stigmatisation of boys. If a girl wants to play with Lego, cars or wants to join the boys who beat themselves up with sticks, that's okay. 16	A helpful guide for parents If you have two toddlers, one male and one female in a room with typical boys and girls stuff, the toddler is more likely to pick toys of his gender (boys take cars and lego, girls are more likely to pick dolls and ponies).
