14	Finland's parliament has to forbid the female circumcision for the third time. The circumcision of boys is naturally fine and superduber. Circumcision may not be performed if the boy opposes it when he is able to understand its meaning based on his age and level of development. Wtf this is messed up. I'm not sure on what age this is done in Finland but everywhere else they do it at a very young age. so the child has no say in the procedure. -12	For men it’s ok. For women it’s bad. I'm going to be skeptical about the image but the argument I can get behind. Fgm is has been outlawed in many countries around the world and is generally frowned upon by the population of the world. The if we look at circumcision it's been banned here and there and many doctors try and convince parents not to go through with the procedure.
