6	Why does being inexperienced make you feel so nervous and hesitant with women? Your central nervous system likes predictability because it has a decreased chance of getting you killed. It doesn’t like surprises and unpredictability because that can get you killed. Staying inside those walls is your comfort zone. You have to walk your CNS through new experiences to prove to it that this new scary situation isn’t going to be potentially fatal.
