Never had this problem at all. I don't know where you're finding so many fake profiles to be so paranoid about it. It's very simple, just invite them out and see for yourself once you meet them.

Bro, what the fuck?

That's interesting. Thank you for this thorough response!

One question: did you actually meet IRL after this exchange? If I were to guess (and I might be completely wrong at that), I'd guess it increases the odds of her flaking afterwards, doesn't it? My thought process is that she would be satisfied with you just being part of a fantasy and be afraid of breaking this fantasy when actually meeting you. And that she would be afraid of a first date after raising the sex expectations that high. What if she doesn't like you on the first date? Would it be h…

I had the same thing happen to me a few months ago, but it wasn't even that the girl was fat. She was simply not attractive. And on top of that, she was extremely boring. She talked like a robot. That was the most off putting date I've ever had. Since then, I have cut my right swipe rate tremendously. It was already fairly low, but now if any doubt crosses my mind, it's a left swipe.

Well, I just chose one that was more convenient for me, not thinking about the demographics. The crowd there is quite diverse, though. There are indeed some older overweight women, but there are also a lot of attractive ones.

I'd suggest you to try taking classes for a social dance. I've been learning Bachata and not only it's really nice and fun, but I'm also dancing with a lot of attractive girls. Being a quite sensual dance style, I guess it would help you normalize stuff that might be too much in your head.

It can be a number of different things. Maybe the guy has an avoidant attachment style and is afraid of getting attached. Maybe he didn't like you as much as you may have thought. For example, I went on a date with a girl that I quickly noticed she was not really my type. Still, I tried my best to make the date as enjoyable as possible, but didn't really do any physical escalation because I didn't really feel attracted to her. At the end of the date, we hugged good buy, and later she sent me a t…

I think you should be more proactive in terms of proposing the time for the next instead of just leaving it to her. Instead of just letting her decide, give her some options or ask if she's free on a specific date. If she's one, she'll probably say no and propose an alternative.

One of the girls that I enjoyed the dates the most was simply not into texting. I met her on Bumble and she even had it on her profile. So, I just used texting for setting up dates most of the time, talking the bare minimum in between.

Cheaters are gonna cheat. It doesn't matter where. "Banning" non-single people from parties because of some shit people won't change that.

Bro, I'm also from Brazil (although I don't live there anymore) and still think it's unreasonable.

So people who are dating shouldn't come to parties? ROFL

Why do you keep texting though? At this stage, you should limit texting to logistics and maybe just sharing a few things once in a while. You'll not escalate anything through texting. Just try to get another date or move on. I don't know how she even still answers you after you complaining about her slow responses after been in a single date with her. You're definitely showing as a very needy guy and turning her off with that behavior.

I hired from Fiverr to get my color palette. Then I watched a bunch of videos on how to dress better. And for last, I rebuilt my wardrobe following my color palette and what I learned.

I had a long-term relationship when I was 18. It lasted for 5 years and since we were both in the university, we could go to each other's place during vacation, so we spent 3-4 months living together per year. Still, I would not advise anyone to pursue this kind of relationship, especially at your age. It's too much work to change your whole life around someone that you don't even know you'll really be compatible with long-term. The long-distance phase is also terrible. Saying bye after each vis…

Bro, she's literally double your age. Even if she were to see you at some point, you would probably just be an adventure to her. You're too invested in someone who won't ever give you what you're hoping for.

Why do you need to keep texting them though? Why not just schedule the next date, maybe just share one thing or two, and keep living your life?

Yeah, to give you an example, I recently exchanged texts with this girl to schedule the date. Because of our schedules, it was more than one week away. I didn't send a single text in the meantime, only in the morning of the date to confirm it. The date went really well, we scheduled the next (again more than one week away) and I'm not planning to text her in general. After the first date, I only mentioned stuff that we talked about in the date, like sending a song I talked about and that's mostl…

I don't know if other people agree with me on this, but I keep texting to the bare minimum. Mostly just to set up dates. I feel like I would be just "wasting" things that I could be talking about in person, while maintaining eye contact, escalating touch, and so on.

Hmm, but how do they become couples if they don't go on dates until becoming a couple?

Well, you can't expect people to just stop doing their stuff and give you full attention. Even if he's interested in you, he still has his own life. Also, do you just text each other? Have you had any dates?

I'm exactly in the same situation. I guess I'm too serious in my summaries in the dating apps though.
