I haven't read your post but it sounds pretty gay.

I just re-watched the scene in The Sopranos when Chris' fiancee tells him that she might be sterile. He goes apeshit. I remember being taken aback watching it the first time years ago, but since hanging around here for a while, his reaction seemed pretty reasonable. She withheld information about whether or not she'd be able to give him offspring when they got engaged. I'd be pissed off too. Just as a mafia example.

Cool I'll give it a look. Thanks for posting.

It was a nice attempt at an interesting book, but it sort of drags on. You don't need 300 pages to tell the life story of a 30 year old (not sure how old 50 was when the book was published). Basically you'll read a bunch of examples of when 50 acted fearlessly. Robert Green did better work with the 48 Laws of Power and the 33 Strategies of War. He draws from a broader range of historical examples which leads to a more engaging read.

You seem cool for such a youngster. Much more inquisitive than me. Good luck man.

And if you're a manipulative bitch you try to re-frame it as being feminist.

Agreed. I regret plenty of things I've done, but I don't turn around defending my actions by pretending they're virtuous at heart. Call a spade a spade.

“I definitely wouldn’t say I’ve regretted any of my one-night stands,” she said. “I’m a true feminist,” she added. “I’m a strong woman. I know what I want.” Jesus. I'm not sure how much more I can cringe. Sloots are being celebrated by the NY Times.

I've read it. It's evolutionary psyche/behavioral psyche. Not a bad read, but Ridley comes across more as a pop-science author than an actual scientist. I liked this and this much more.

Just as you are either racist or not racist, you are either misogynist or feminist. That guy's an idiot. I choose to ignore him.

So...an autistic girl is stupid? And her "boyfriend" is a pathetic waste of space? Why is this linked here?

At one point I just stopped to push the conversation and we just stared at each other for a good couple seconds. Maybe like 15-20. The whole time I was just lightly smiling, thinking in my head trololol. That was gold. Hilarious. Thanks for posting.

There is a ton of self-improvement "manosphere" stuff to read. I find postmasculine a bit too heavy on the self-help advice, but it's a good place to start. I read http://www.authenticpua.com pretty regularly. The author, Steve Jabba, participates in the subreddit a bit. I also really like Krauser, but it is more based on seduction and whatnot. Still good insight from time to time and he talks about "game" in relationships too. Most people recommend Rollo Tomassi. Instead of just talking about P…

It reads as if the author were an old person whose daughter can't find a boyfriend. No original thought. No analysis. Just an easy headline.

If you're introducing it to someone that knows nothing about the community, it's a pretty good starting point. "Hey. Go say this to that girl." will have quicker tangible results than "Hey, go make yourself the man you want to be and express that masculinity in everything you do in front of those girls." In the long run, newer methods are better. But the MM still has it's place.

It's much easier to get laid by other tourists than by the Spaniards that live in Madrid. There are about 10 universities that do Erasmus, so meeting other foreigners and exchange students isn't too difficult, you just have to tolerate really shitty venues. I had a beautiful Spanish girlfriend for a few years while living in Madrid. It took me about 8 dates to get laid. I still cringe thinking back to that...

Teach English lessons to foreign exchange students if you live near a university. I've never had to work so hard to carry a conversation in my life...flirting with girls is cakewalk in comparison.

This is great advice on how to be a positive person, but this has nothing to do with social value. Social value is "The inherent and conveyed survival and replication value one has within a given social setting." (source: some shitty pua site). A more sophisticated definition would be "having a stronger frame than the other people around you".
