In regards to the surgeon job specification, it very much depends on which kind of surgical procedures one specialises in. Some of the surgical specialities require way more people contact than others. I'm all for the notion that personal political views should not be a deal breaker when a university is hiring a new professor. But this woman is spreading a message of hate against people with a certain skin color, which they did not chose. That's a huge difference from criticising a political ideology.
