The type of women these guys attract are those who don’t know fidelity; they’re celebrities, tik tok stars, and other people who don’t have traditional values. Marriage as a whole is not bad, but a great majority of society is childish, weak, and lack the resilience necessary to have a successful marriage.

Bro, you won’t have underdeveloped abs if you’re doing deadlifts and squats. I definitely don’t. I count calories and lift 6 times/week.

You do not need to do abs at all. Compound movements and diet play far more of a role than doing crunches or v-ups.

Concerning protein, if you’re cutting down and trying to retain muscle mass, you do need to eat more than your body weight in protein in lbs, not kilos. I’m eating like 196 grams of protein and I weigh 175. Eating barely any protein will cause loss of muscle mass. And you will look and be weak.

Not only that, he’s just going to end up with another doctor and then have literally no time to do anything with her. Most engineers only do undergrad and the coursework is way harder than the rote memorization required for med school. I’d much rather take anatomy than physics 2.

I think going on the dating apps is me trying to figure out, “well, is it really as bad as I think it is?” Then I recognize how shallow it is and delete the app. But, I’m not seeing anyone. Just focusing on career stuff.

At the same time, it’s a tough spot because as men, we need to lead society back on the right direction and I think part of that is raising good sons and daughters. But, if we can’t find virtuous partners, then the mission is put on hold.

I also think that their generation was different in terms of dating. Social media, political movements, and other factors have led to women losing femininity and desirability. They don’t understand this.
