Yeah, honestly if I could go down a "C" cup I would. I have pretty narrow shoulders, and I like my décolletage area, but I have to be careful because my breasts can make even a modest cut top seem too provocative.

I think the problem is you "cheated" and then had a mostly positive outcome. I would just be honest with your coach and tell her what happened, apologize for not following the plan, and ask her how she thinks you should proceed. Remember a coach helps you become better and helps make decisions, but isn't necessarily THE decision maker. And I think a majority of women are too hard on themselves; if your working on your health to be a healthy weight, and you practice basic hygiene you are probably…

I would have to guess so. I live in the PNW, and people tend to either be in the clearly overweight category (including me now, damn my recent laziness! Lol), or in the pretty fit category because of all the outdoor activities. I feel like there isn't a lot of middle ground where I am. But I know some areas/cities have much more obesity and some have much fitter populations. I would say IMO that the geography counts.

Didn't seem rude at all; yes my hips do get smaller but only by a small amount, I carry my weight mostly in my thighs and then tummy. But my bust has always stayed at 32 (except for when I was much younger but still same height, my cups only fluctuate from DD-E), my normal (healthy BMI) size is a 4-6. My comment was mostly just to say that in your first example, when my BMI is in the healthy range (I would blame covid but I've just been real lazy in the last several months) I do fit in the 4-6 r…

Honestly it's almost too subjective to have a clear answer; everyone's scales are different. (I'm a woman so I can only answer from my perspective) If there is only numbers 1-10, does that mean a 1 is a horribly obese, deformed person who hasn't showered in years, and a 10 supermodel? Does the scale really only apply to a smaller percentage of more average looking women, so neither the bottom nor the very top? What if we're just counting the women in our general location? Plus that doesn't even …

That's not necessarily true; I'm 5'8" (early 30's), wide hips, 32DD, and right now at my heaviest (171), I'm still a size 8-10. My normal is 4-6 (when I'm between 140-150). I've never had to wear over a size 10. My location, most women over 30 I'd say are a size 12-16, with a small percentage in the 6-10 range (very few in the 2-4). I'm guessing there must be a location (within the US) variable as well

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
