2	I think I've got issues inside me, but I don't know what it is Pointing out your hair is thinning and that you're getting a little more fat sounds like you're slowly losing confidence in yourself. Confidence plays a huge role. Hitting the gym will definitely help but having a good mindset will help more. I know how much hairloss fucks with confidence as I have a receiding hairline myself but trust me, after working on myself and trying to be more charismatic and hitting the gym I got a girlfriend and I hang out with plenty of female friends.
