For some reason it was edited out of the TV broadcast even though it's Colbert in That sounds very similar to the ratings we have in the US currently, the ESRB (entertainment software rating board) publishes ratings for games but since they're a private self governed organization, it can be difficult to separate financial and political interests and influence, although for what it's worth they do a decent job.
