Protective instinctUnderneath saying they need my help the most lies them being weak, which won’t be compatible in the long run with the complete gender equality we’re gunning for as a society. Imo you can’t be killing gender as a concept or at least reducing it’s boundaries and then have chivalry and the expectation of chivalry coded in your dna. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/02/22 10:21 AM
Protective instinctDon’t accuse without proof, it’s counterproductive and sexist | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/02/22 12:24 PM
Protective instinctYeah, maybe I worded my question wrong. I guess what scared me a little is that I realized that I’m more protective of my female cousins than my male cousins, more protective of women in general. imo that’s a huge problem if we’re striving for a completely equal society gender-wise, it seems to mean I (us?) unconsciously, biologically view women as weaker, needing more protection (like kids). This is the easiest example I could find of a biological difference which undermines gender equality and… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/02/22 12:23 PM
Protective instinctBruh. I’m asking you to rank order protection instinct towards important people in your life, not asking do you love your family | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/02/22 12:17 PM
Protective instinctSo is that protection, jealousy or a mix of both? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/02/22 11:59 AM
Being A Young Attractive Woman Is A Massive Privilege In DatingYeah it does, my bad didn’t think it through. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 31/01/22 03:43 PM
Being A Young Attractive Woman Is A Massive Privilege In DatingHaving your worth as a man depend on your success isn’t. I understand what you’re saying about men being pressured into (=~having more chances to) but the flip side is you have to succeed. —> depression? family trauma? not smart? disability? ptsd? —> you’re fucked, you start the race 20 seconds later. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 31/01/22 03:42 PM
Being A Young Attractive Woman Is A Massive Privilege In DatingMen tend to vary more in intelligence, conscientious (I’m not 100% sure on that one) and success in general. The best chess players are men, because the smartest people in the world tend to be men. The dumbest people in the world also tend to be men. Going off that, it makes sense most highly successful people are men: politicians, entrepreneurs, etc. The Elon Musks, Barack Obamas and Bezos’ aren’t representative of men being privileged, they’re the high end of the spectrum of humanity in genera… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 31/01/22 01:10 PM
Being A Young Attractive Woman Is A Massive Privilege In DatingThat’s not true, at least in western europe and I’m fairly sure in north america too (don’t quote me on that). How do you explain women being encouraged not to educate themselves and women being a majority in university? https://www.hepi.ac.uk/2020/03/07/mind-the-gap-gender-differences-in-higher-education/ | /r/PurplePillDebate | 31/01/22 01:03 PM
Being A Young Attractive Woman Is A Massive Privilege In DatingBeing pressured to succeed and being worthless when you don’t is not a privilege, it’s an incredibly harsh expectation. Especially when you take into account the inherent randomness of success | /r/PurplePillDebate | 31/01/22 12:58 PM
Being A Young Attractive Woman Is A Massive Privilege In DatingThat distinction literally doesn’t add anything, you’re just vulgarizing attraction. 👏👏Great point!! | /r/PurplePillDebate | 31/01/22 12:51 PM
