Has anybody ever beat anxiety? If and when you do, lemme know how do I can beat it too. Working out definitely helps with it, for a second you forget everything and only worry about finishing your set. | /r/askTRP | 30/12/19 06:34 AM
What are your self improvement goals for 2020?I really like this format and your goals as well, especially the one about helping your brother out. Definitely get him into lifting if he’s interested and try helping him become more social. Now as to my goals: Fitness: Start working out after a miserable second half of the year (lifting-wise) and lose 40-60 pounds. Gonna start jogging a few times a week and going to the gym daily. Social Development: Gonna have to steal your goals and implement them into mine, and definitely gonna start social… | /r/seduction | 26/12/19 03:03 AM
I suck at small talkI go through the exact same thing but in my case it’s because of lack of ‘practice’. I haven’t gone through those embarrassing moments yet so I haven’t learned to overcome them. You might be going through the same. | /r/askTRP | 13/10/19 05:46 AM
Has anyone here transitioned from normies/“nerdy” chicks to higher SMV ones? That’s really impressive, I weigh 230lb and been training for a year and still can’t hit those numbers. Get stuck at 165x5 when doing the starting strength program. | /r/askTRP | 05/07/19 11:12 PM
Has anyone here transitioned from normies/“nerdy” chicks to higher SMV ones? That’s pretty good progress. I only ever hit 185 for a 2 rep max, and that was like after a year of being kinda consistent. Been trying ever since and have yet to improve my bench. | /r/askTRP | 05/07/19 11:11 PM
Has anyone here transitioned from normies/“nerdy” chicks to higher SMV ones?On a completely separate note, how long did it take you to up your bench? And what program did you use, if any? | /r/askTRP | 05/07/19 04:55 PM
The case against Monk ModeCouldn’t have said it any better myself. Group them with the people who don’t work out because ‘they don’t want to get buff, just lean’, as if it were that easy. | /r/TheRedPill | 02/12/18 06:20 PM
Social/Approach Anxiety? Confused about women's nature? Try working in a grocery storeI, too, work in a sausage fest, damn warehouse job. | /r/TheRedPill | 06/11/18 02:22 PM
CareerHow did you manage to find a job that pays that well? What degrees, if any, do you have? I’m 19 and still have yet to start any career path or choose a major in college. I’m just amazed at how much people make with programming. | /r/askTRP | 11/09/18 07:01 AM
How did I turn into a 23 year old incel?Might’ve forgotten the /s. Was supposed to be one of those “I feel attacked” comments but....didn’t come out as planned. | /r/askTRP | 31/08/18 05:28 PM
| -1 | How did I turn into a 23 year old incel?Woah....easy man, no need to attack me like that. /s It’s true and I’ve heard it from multiple people, if you aren’t getting anything (as in sex), then you probably have to lower your standards. I have yet to do so but I guess I have to go that route. | /r/askTRP | 31/08/18 05:12 PM |
5'1" ugly balding asian with a bad stutterI feel you on that, although I’m not really depressed. My stutter blocks have stopped me from meeting new people and, I guess, triggered my social anxiety. Worst part is that I back off from talking to women because all I think about is having a bad stutter block. | /r/askTRP | 24/08/18 05:47 AM
Men's Fashion - Basic Guide To Dressing Better! After losing about 50 pounds and going from size 40 to 36 (no big deal), I’ve come to hate how my old pants fit me. And they’re old as in brand new but never fit before but now when I try to rock them, they get all squashed together as you mentioned. What a waste of a collection tbh. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/08/18 05:19 PM
How can I pick up girls on instagramYou don’t. | /r/seduction | 09/07/18 03:37 AM
Should you even bother with girls while getting ur s*** together?I’m in almost the same predicament, got a job two years ago, still working there making minimum wage....sigh. 19yo and still have yet to save enough for a car. Started seriously saving a few months back however. Don’t blow your first year of income on materials and going out every weekend....it’s useless! | /r/askTRP | 05/07/18 01:58 AM
Should you even bother with girls while getting ur s*** together? Is not having a car a huge issue in gaming girls? This is one of my current excuses as to not really starting trp. | /r/askTRP | 05/07/18 01:51 AM
Another Depression/Isolation postWoah...I’m actually richer than someone /s On a serious note, that’s a crap ton of money to be in debt with. How’d that happen? | /r/askTRP | 05/07/18 01:39 AM
Anyone feel uncomfortable talking to girls around family? My parents are the same way. They actually tried to stop me from losing more weight after I had went from 260ish to 210 and under. Strict, traditional parents are the literal worst. | /r/askTRP | 03/07/18 04:53 AM

Can someone create a downloadable PDF of the TRP sidebar?A glass of water and the remote that’s like 5 ft away from me. /s | /r/askTRP | 21/06/18 05:20 PM
Lifting AdviceThanks for the advice, I’ll start doing face pulls and start working on thoracic extensions as well. I’ll try to schedule an appointment in the coming months (short on money) and see how they can help. Thanks bud, appreciate the advice greatly! | /r/askTRP | 10/06/18 08:01 PM
Lifting AdviceYeah, my shoulders sure are internally rotated, I’ve watched a video which kinda proves this. When I stand up normally they point inwards, they have to be pointed straight out for them to be correct, right? | /r/askTRP | 10/06/18 07:49 PM
Lifting AdviceIt’s 1 and 3 together. As in, I have rounded shoulders (working on it) and I walk kind of leaning back. I hate how I walk tbh | /r/askTRP | 10/06/18 07:41 PM
Lifting AdviceI agree with you on that, my first few weeks doing the bench and other main lifts I was trying to lift more than I could too quickly. It took one simple, not-so-serious, rotator cuff injury to realize how quickly this could go wrong. So I started from the bottom, well I’m already at the bottom but you get the point, and I’ve been practicing form with lighter weights. I feel much better now and that mild shoulder pain is gone; I’ve been warming up my rotator cuffs properly and will soon start to … | /r/askTRP | 10/06/18 07:36 PM
Lifting Advice“One shouldn’t be ashamed of being weak, One should be ashamed of not trying to become stronger” I’m gonna follow this advice. Well my current stats are: 135 Bench 135 Deadlift (max is 185 but I went down to better my form) 135 Box Squat (still getting form down) 75 OHP These are the main compound lifts I do and I’ve been reading up on Starting Strength, by Mark Rippetoe, along with watching Alpha Destiny to you perfect my form. I’ll take any advice I can get. | /r/askTRP | 10/06/18 07:26 PM
Lifting AdviceOf course, although, I’m not following a novice program since the gym I go to is always packed and I have to pretty much use the weights I can find. I’m gonna invest a few hundred in an Olympic weight set and squat rack in the coming months to work out from home. I can tell you my current maxes even though I’m relatively weak. | /r/askTRP | 10/06/18 07:09 PM
Lifting AdviceThat’s what I wanted to hear. You did it yourself! I have a lot to learn still, been reading up on the sidebar materials of TRP but haven’t actually gone out and tried approaching. | /r/askTRP | 10/06/18 06:30 PM
Lifting AdviceDid they really get you laid? /s | /r/askTRP | 10/06/18 06:26 PM
Time's precious. How long do you think you've got? Not much at all. 3800 weeks / 900 months / 27000 days. And they're are gonna fly faster than you think. Thanks for the info, will search up his lectures and see how it goes. I’ve been looking into trades as my most likely career choice as it doesn’t require school as much as anything else. But from what I’ve heard it’s a lot of laboring work which I’m willing to put in. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/05/18 05:53 PM
Time's precious. How long do you think you've got? Not much at all. 3800 weeks / 900 months / 27000 days. And they're are gonna fly faster than you think.I’m currently doing number 3 as a 19yo. Have a full-time minimum wage job and am just going through the motions. Taking 1-2 random college courses every semester, which I have to pay for, so that my family thinks I’m doing something great with my life. Hate when they ask me about school as I have to come up with some BS response saying that I’m doing good in school, blah, blah, blah. I honestly don’t know what career to try and take as school isn’t really an option for me, I’m just not smart or … | /r/TheRedPill | 27/05/18 05:20 PM
HeightI’m like both of you guys put together, minus the sex. I’m 6’2, ~25% body fat, have a lot of clothes but can’t style for shit, and have social anxiety. Trying to improve on all of this currently with lifting and going out more. Have yet to approach to women or even talk to any female coworkers for that matter. | /r/askTRP | 26/05/18 09:19 PM

Turning 21 tomorrow, any pieces of advice would be great. I've been told 21 is the peak of youth.I feel personally attacked by your 2nd paragraph 😧 | /r/askTRP | 19/05/18 05:40 PM
I'm loosing frame in the gym!!Maybe you were just hogging all the weight and not letting others use any. Either way they shouldn’t have taken the weights without asking you first. | /r/askTRP | 14/05/18 03:15 PM
[Serious] What daygame openers are the most efficient?Dude that’s too complicated, you have to just walk towards them and keep walking and avoid confrontation. Then you just regret what you did and repeat this process over and over /s | /r/askTRP | 10/05/18 07:20 PM
This is what confidence is, real frame. You just explained me perfectly, I too want to become more relaxed and confident | /r/TheRedPill | 09/05/18 05:26 AM
What should I actually do in my free time? Thanks a lot kind reddit stranger, hope to talk to you again with more progress, onward to more brains and gains. Let’s break our PR and make next level gains 💪! | /r/askTRP | 29/04/18 09:31 PM
What should I actually do in my free time? Thanks, I guess I have to continue my diet until I drop to 180lb which is my goal, but dropping weight from 200lb is hard for me, every extra pound is difficult to lose. Going from 260 to 220 was easy as I saw straight linear progression. I guess I have to reduce my caloric intake by 200 more calories. | /r/askTRP | 29/04/18 09:27 PM
What should I actually do in my free time? That’s exactly what the Ice Cream 5x5 Program is, my first time deadlifting and squatting was done this past Friday so I’m still correcting my form and am at low weight. I’m gonna try to bulk as well but my Body fat is around 25% so I’m not sure if I should. What would you recommend me do, bulk or cut down a bit in weight? | /r/askTRP | 29/04/18 09:23 PM
What should I actually do in my free time? That’s pretty good progress, I started a few months back and am not really in any program, I’ve just been winging it with a kind of split. Shoulders/Biceps/Back on one day and Chest/Triceps on another day. Been seeing a bit of progress, I went from a 65 pound bench to 105lb bench (two 45lb plates) for 5 reps. Curled 20 lb before and can now curl 35lb for 12 reps. My OHP went from 40lb barbell to 70lb barbell for 12 reps as well. I’m seeing some progression so that’s always good, I also dropped f… | /r/askTRP | 29/04/18 09:15 PM
What should I actually do in my free time?It sure is, I’m a novice lifter so I have a loooong way to go, but the journey these past few months has been a fun experience. Nothing better than lifting some weights with your friends after a long day of work. Any suggestions on how to improve as a novice or a program you might’ve used to build a solid foundation? Now for the brains, I have to work on that department a lot lol. | /r/askTRP | 29/04/18 08:56 PM
What should I actually do in my free time? Will do as well! Thanks for the suggestions. | /r/askTRP | 29/04/18 08:50 PM
What should I actually do in my free time? Thanks, I guess I’ll try to learn Java and if I can handle that I’ll move onto Python. In regards to your username, why not both? 💪 | /r/askTRP | 29/04/18 08:47 PM
What should I actually do in my free time?Should I try to learn Java along with Python as well? Sorry if I’m asking too many questions, I’m just new to all of this and am trying to figure out how to start learning. That’s pretty cool that you made your own map, great starting point, I assume. | /r/askTRP | 29/04/18 08:44 PM
What should I actually do in my free time?Thanks, will do! | /r/askTRP | 29/04/18 08:39 PM
What should I actually do in my free time?So a 1-200$ range netbook is decent enough to learn python? I’m new to learning programming so I don’t know anything about it, currently watching YouTube videos about Python. That’s all I have atm but if I need to I can invest into a higher level 600$ish range pc. | /r/askTRP | 29/04/18 08:35 PM
What should I actually do in my free time? What would be the best and cheapest way to learn programming? Is a high level PC required or is that just a plus? | /r/askTRP | 29/04/18 08:28 PM
