"Just be yourself". You hear this so much that you get desensitized, but once you do achieve that state, only then you know what it really means. It's refreshing to meet a person who behaves with you as they would behave in their comfort zone with their family or close friends.

Wow, I never thought of it that way. But now I realize that most of the popular and successful people in my life think that way. Whatever keeps you confident and energetic man. If you are happy with a skinny physique then you are confident.If you are confident, you win.
