2	February 02 - Weekly Improvement & Progress Thread Only 17 years old and found TRPmonths back. Heard it from a friend and didn't immediately accept but i came to, immersing myself in The Red Pill. I used to fit in the absolute nice guy routine and was most surprised when i read many blue pill example threads, that i was indeed doing it wrong. The more i read the more i saw was true, and its so harsh. I had already started lifting, but after TRP i added the heavy part. 1	Based on past history, it appears that a civilization that embraces feminist values will cease to exist in just a few centuries. LMAO "In a few centuries". But alas it looks true.
