I don't like commenting on stuff that isn't related to me but I'll give my two cents. You can talk to her if you got your shit together. Remember theres no pressure, she won't orgasm from you if you say hi. Forget about sex with her because that won't happen. Throw those notions out of your head. Nah man I meant, the general rule is that you have 3 times to message someone out on a date. The first time she ignored my message, read it but didnt reply. Now obviously it would be stupid to give up after a first try. Who does anyway?
