I can cook it up in my pressure cooker in about an hour with only 2 minutes of work. It takes around 10 minutes to shred the meat off the bones. That's two weeks worth of meat that can be added to rice/salads/etc (for $7!). This can also be done with giant hunks of pork (very cheap latin rice and beans).
