Great post man. Thank you for sharing your story. Sorry for your loss.

This is all about frame. You must establish a boundary and not break it. Why the F would she need access to your finances? Women love to test this boundary

Ah I see. Yes, that is even better.

Yes, this is much safer. You should create a joint account for the purpose of sharing expenses, paying bills, etc. which you can transfer money into when needed. She does not need access to your 'main' account or investment accounts.

This may not apply to your situation (UK), but here in Canada the answer is yes. We have common-law partnerships which basically mean you are married in the eyes of the law if you have been living together for 3 years (or 1 year if you have a child). I believe the time duration varies depending on the province you are in and other factors may be considered (joint accounts, etc.) On a related note, I work in banking. It is an absolutely huge mistake to share accounts or list your partner as the b…

The other replies have already answered your question but you need to re-comp and eat at a surplus. Sounds like your lifting is not the problem.

The issues you are describing here relate to performance anxiety and they will pass with time and practice. Finding TRP at 16, you are already ahead of the curve. Keep focusing on the mission. I and every other person on this forum would kill to be in your position.

Funny I was just thinking about this today about my own friends. Seems as soon as I started taking lifting seriously and started partying a lot all of my BP friends seemed to hate it. They constantly called me out on it and shit tested me relentlessly. I eventually cut most of them off and I wish I did it sooner. A word of advice though, its best to play it cool and next them on your own terms. Just focus on your mission and do not engage with them. You basically need to soft/hard next them with…

Your instincts are correct, this is a red flag. Girls who go to festivals love to party and love to fuck. If shes a 6 or above, she fucked during that trip.

The key here is to not give a fuck about what others think. Focus on yourself and your mission, you will find that it will solve this problem.

I went to both college and Uni in Canada. Unless you want to work in a trade/skill (which can be very lucrative), stick with Uni. The overall experience is better and the prospects are generally better in the long term.

IMO the sweet spot is around 10-15%, depending on the person. I noticed when I got down to around 13% and had a beard women looked at me like never before. It was life changing.

I hate this too. I've even had female co-workers call me this. It does come off as condescending but that's not always their intent. But these guys are right, you shouldn't overthink it.

Here is one example of wishfully thinking others had my interests at heart: Once outta school, I bummed around for a year doing shit all, wasting a precious year of time. During that time, I found my passion for finance/trading and was interested in pursuing my CFA. I mentioned it to my 'best friend' at the time who worked at a bank doing some back office trading stuff and he repeatedly told me that it wasn't worth it and it was a waste of time, so I listened and gave up on that idea. A year lat…

My mistake was this also. I was a follower/beta for many years. I took the 'advice' of others thinking they had my best interests in mind. I was afraid to say NO to things and would cave to avoid confrontation. Once I found TRP, I was able to work past that and become my own man.

Your mother said she wishes you were dead? Yes, cut them off. Immediately. This is horrible parenting. Don't be surprised if they continuously try to re-connect with you as you better yourself and your position in life. Focus on yourself. You don't need them.

IMO you look much better with longer hair.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
