Great that you asked this. I went out this weekend with the soul purpose of just meeting women, not trying to fuck them. Just to say hi and see where it goes. We ended up meeting 2 chicks who had a lot in comon with my friend and I and they ended up inviting us over to their place to smoke. The change of mindset was unbelievable how much it helped. I was able to relax and just be who I am when im fully chillin.

Working on inner game has pulled me out of suicidal depression far more than working on my outer game ever did, and depressed people are usually the ones visiting this forum for help to escape. Yes a therapist would probably be quicker, but there is so much value in going out and tackling your beliefs on your own.

Knowing you've been working out and have built some muscle and conditioning is a very comforting feeling when you're out in public. All of a sudden people don't seem so scary when you realize you could potentially lay someone out in one hit if the need arose.

This is some thing I've battled with before too, but for me it was marijuana and working out. Why is it i'll go out of my way to score but I can't go out of my way to go approach or do a hard cardio blast for 20 minutes, but I can sit there and play CoD for hours. Weakness. I realized its cause its easier.

Just remember they're people just like you, they just happen to be born attractive, and they probably also work on keeping their attractiveness up. Which means you gotta get yours up, that way you'll know your on her level on higher and it'll make you feel like a champ when you realize how attractive you are because you left the house looking clean and well put together!

This is really good advice, I did the mistake of of not revealing shit and being that asshole that wouldnt reveal ANYTHING about myself which would kill the interactions.. Take this guys advice about going out and doing things. I got way better at talking and keeping a girl entertained in the first minutes of the interaction. I started doing long distance bike riding, mountain biking. The bike rides themselves take me on all kinds of adventures and i see and experience things that give me A LOT …

You need to find better things to do with your time. I went through this for a short period. Finding productive pass times that I didnt mind immersing myself into and spending a whole day learning some thing new is what did the trick. I started learning carpentry and fucking love it! It has also become priority in my life. Prioritize your time and stick to it. Hope this helps! :)

Yeah man, im in the same situation. Finding some thing else to do with your time helps. My hobbies are my band, working out and reading, but I some times feel like im wasting my time when I'm just sitting at home knowing I should be out practicing so I can achieve my goal of learning to socialize better.
