Need lifting adviceDon’t over complicate it. Eat more. Progressive overload. Maybe a de-load every 4-6 weeks. If you can’t add more weight add an extra rep or two. Track your progress. Consistency is key. Find a workout routine you enjoy and can stick with.. I also hate doing dead’s and squats same day. So I don’t. | /r/askTRP | 20/12/20 02:13 AM
More muscle growth with high reps lighter weight, or heavy weight, lower reps? You can make gains using either option. Find one you like. The key is consistency and progressive overload. Lifting heavy is great but for me not ideal. I like to lift 5-6 days a week and can’t be fully recovered from continuing to just go heavy all the time. | /r/askMRP | 29/11/20 08:44 PM
Own Your Shit Weekly - November 24, 2020OYS 002 Age 37; Married 14 years, one year old daughter After reading the how to own your shit guide posted in this sub earlier I realize my first OYS post was just a copy pasta imitating what i thought was the 'standard' . I basically just filled it out in accordance to what I had seen during my lurking. I get now that this is mostly for my benefit and not yours so I will post in a style I see fit. So here it is. This was my first full week actively applying all the shit I've learned over the y… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 25/11/20 02:37 AM

Own Your Shit Weekly - November 17, 2020Thanks man. To Clear up any confusion I’ve read all the books I listed except MAP and TSGM those Of which I’m working on right now. I do have hobbies. I play and coach in a men’s softball league. Which I couldn’t do this year. And I normally play in a few indoor leagues in the winter which I won’t be able to do this year. Whereas I’m usually out of the house 2-3 times a week in the past this year it’s just been work home repeat because of the fkn pandemic. Thank God I was allowed to golf. And be… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 18/11/20 04:30 AM

Abundance mentality? Thanks man. I have been working through the side bar and taking it all in as you said. I browse the OYS posts but don’t participate. Maybe it’s time. You’re right. The advice on hear is solid. And I get it. Because it’s all the same answers that I’ve been reading about over the past year.. I was just too chickenshit to conceptionalize it on my own. asking my own question on here finally made it personal and gives me more of a feeling of the reality of the situation. deep down I think know the an… | /r/askMRP | 15/11/20 03:00 PM
Abundance mentality?Man when I saw this question I thought it’d be easy but in actuality it’s painful to think about. I know who she was when we were dating and in our early years of marriage. Fun: easy going stress fee. She introduced me to travel and the benefits of exploring the world. She’s a great mom . as the years have gone on her anxiety, depression and stress have all drowned out who she really is. I hate the fact that my blue pill ways over the past decade have most likely contributed to that. | /r/askMRP | 14/11/20 10:49 PM
Abundance mentality?Lol valid. | /r/askMRP | 14/11/20 05:18 PM

Looking for lifting advice.Without knowing your current weight, current caloric intake or what your maintenance calories even are this question is nearly impossible to answer. If I had to guess if you’re running out of money on a bulk your probably eating too much anyways. 200-300 calories above maintenance is enough to build muscle. This shouldn’t be hard to come by financially. | /r/askTRP | 20/02/20 07:14 PM
