Congruence ... it is something I was never aware of until I discovered MRP. My business and ability to make money was always good but as my weight goes down my muscles get bigger lifts get stronger everything else that was seemingly unconnected got better. I lost 60lbs over two years and have managed to not put any back on and get stronger. It is my experience that I lose weight ONLY when I have plate discipline. Going to get back to that. I will try OYS posts as I have not done that. Fasting helped me too. Not eating for 3 days I would lose 12lbs or so and then have a healthy reset meal like a salad and piece of fruit and I would be able to eat healthy and maintain the weight loss from the fast.
