Curious how well the removal went? I’ve got one on my ribs and I seriously want it gone but I’m afraid of the pain and if it’s worth the results.

Skin starts with diet and hydration, not products. Eat lots of vegetables, some fruit and meat. Avoid overly processed packaged foods. And drink water. My recommendation is to go on an elimination diet (I used whole30) and figure out what My skin reacts to. Keep that inflammation low and your skin will reflect that. Sunscreen in your moisturizer is good for every single day. I also use rosehip oil at night. CeraVe is one of the best for whole body moisturizing and face — and it’s inexpensive!

It comes down to self-esteem. I really enjoy Marisa Peer for confidence tips. I’m pretty sure she has a video for jealousy. Ultimately you’re struggling with feeling less than someone else, so feeling valued and loved (by yourself) is the antidote. That jealousy is a learned behavior and it can be unlearned. At least I think so anyway. Another thing I’d say to do is asking: what does it change is someone is more conventionally attractive than you? Maybe that’ll help minimize the magnitude.

Also realize there’s no extremes to my advice. Make it fit you. Just realize that if you invest in changing for a person, you could lose that person and then what? That’s why changing for you makes way more sense. Invest in yourself for your romantic relationships, career, friendships, family, etc. because being happy with yourself is way more impactful on your life.

Self-esteem is part of you to examine then. I’m going to give ya the hard truth: it’s possible your relationship won’t last. So do what’s right for you, not him. That way you can be who want to be if that relationship no longer exists. And your partner will be way more attracted to that than clung to his leg while you’re asking yourself if you’re good enough for him. You are. But we can always be aware of ways for personal growth and change our habits.

That’s why you need to focus on what you want and why you want it, and it should NOT include anything to do with him. Side effects might be an improved relationship, but it’s only because you’re doing it for you. Imagine telling someone to do something, will they do it unless they want to do it? No. So doing something for someone else will only get you so far. This is why you need to focus on you, not him or your relationship. You know what’s sexy? You doing what you love and being happy with yo…

So what is a woman to you? What is femininity to you? Also, maybe step back a second and realize how much you do have to offer and start from a place of feeling very confident in those things. It puts your mind in a positive space to give you the motivation to work on these things. THEN work on things you’re struggling with. I think relationships can be a basis for security in our lives. To give us support and acceptance to pursue what we want. What I mean is, you always have the “home base” eve…

I think excessive porn use can ruin your sex life. It gets easier to masturbate than have sex as a relationship ages. I’m not sure how I feel about occasional use. It depends on the self-control of your partner. I’ve never dated a partner that didn’t watch porn, but I’d never date a man that was showing signs of porn addiction. It’s kind of like having social media friends vs friends you actually hang out with in real life. Which one is more fulfilling? Which one is going to build the relationsh…

Nursing! Two years. Minimal debt. Get your BSN paid for while you work with your ASN. So many fields and you can make ~60k/year, sometimes more. You could even work in education if you wanted and less clinical :)
