I found a work around for this. Just look pissed all the time. People assume you're having a bad day and leave you alone. Make sure to strain to be polite to really pull it off.

Please, please, please point out that gay couples are still being ignored in the training. I worked with numerous gay and lesbian Airmen who felt that they were ignored in this regard. I am a former staff sergeant, and I mostly treated this training as a joke, and as a means to voice my opinion. During your next SAPR training, speak up about it. You'll be surprised how often others will agree with you.
