If you are talking TRT then there are male health clinics that will work with you. If they say you don't really need it, then listen, because they want you as a patient $$$. If you are going a little harder and want HGH, they have clinics for that as well but that is very expensive. Like a second mortgage payment, but it's super effective. You may like Prescott. It's super red, and we have just as much hiking, biking, and general outdoors stuff. It's close to Sedona, PHX, and Flag, easy day trips. Lotta old people/rerirees, but it's pleasant. Plus, as you say, it's less expensive.

I have a little set up in my garage, kinda old school. A little rust, a little dirty, but it works for most every big compound lift. Does anyone bench at home solo and if so any safety tips? I use a squat rack for benching and I adjust the safely bars so I can bail if I have to but it still feels sketchy.

Yeah, I'm not really here to shit on others or make strawman arguments about people I don't know. Everybody is just trying to make it through the day.
