Honestly, I would rather just take the lower pay and not live in a big city. I hate everything about big cities- people, laws, cost of living, lack of property... It's just not worth it.

I don't totally agree. I think the WHY is important with how you use your resources. If I buy a plane, or a boat, it won't be because I am trying to show off- I buy those things because their is no freedom like flying, and a solo sailing trip can be one of the greatest pleasures in the world. It is possible to both save for retirement and have fun now- big problem, for me at least, many of the things I enjoy will be hard to do in my old age- a particular one being motocross. Actually, the decision to build battleships was a terrible one that contributed to Germany losing the war. I don't remember if it was in a video or a book, but I saw somewhere that all the man-hours, materials, dock time, etc. that went into the Bismark could have made a hundred submarines, which would have been a serious burden on allied shipping.

Be noticed this, and I don't get it. I am both a Red Pill and recently-ish converted MGTOW, and I can't figure this out. Seems like the ideas go hand in hand- if anything, the red pill is like a collection of similar ideas, and you would think that MGTOW would fit as one of those ideas. It seems like TRP Reddit community is weirdly hostile.
