Literally a main talking point of every popular "red-piller" is how women are below men, should be subservient, have life extremely easy, how hard men have it, how women are all gold digging whores, etc etc etc. No one is "picking and choosing", this is what they all say, this is how they get you to "self improve", by focusing all your internalised anger towards women and minorities such as LGBTQ+.
