3	How to stop seeking approval? Honestly this is kind of a weird subreddit to ask that question but I'll give it a shot with some wisdom anyways. You have to be your own friend. You need to be confident with yourself and approve of yourself. Friends are there to keep you company and do fun things with. You bond if you bond, you connect if you connect.
