I appreciate what you're saying but I've always seen it as that lots of principles of TRP can be applied to men and women, but as men we experience one side of them. Out of all of this I'd say not drinking is the best. I've been cutting so I drink very rarely over the past 5+ months. You have so much clarity, so much more time. Your body loves you for it. Plus you're kind of a hipster in the sense that you don't conform to the cultural standard of getting wasted. It's like you're 'over' it.
