Is this for a class?

Because fear of similar accusations could be a part of why male rape is under reported. Or do men not also need to take precautions? Isn't that implying men aren't targets of rape?

But whether giving advice on rape prevention is victim blaming or not is not really important for men's rights It's important for the rights of men who are or could be raped. Though I can't think of a time I've heard a male rape victim told he was asking for it. The rape of men is obviously belittled in other ways however.

Great to see the strides you're making in the name of social justice, NiggerJew944.

Astute. Do you have anything else to add to the conversation?

It is difficult. I've purposely chosen a hypothetical that highlights the kind of case and people alimony is meant to protect, and you've purposely chosen a less clear-cut case. I think I've demonstrated (criticism welcome) why court involvement and court-ordered alimony is important, and you've demonstrated the importance of there not being over-compensation to the point it's detrimental to the more financially well-off partner. It's an important MRM issue because of how difficult it can be to …

Yes, in which case he should be owed child support and alimony. Assuming he retains custody as the primary childcare provider/homekeeper.

Because if it was a traditional marriage in the sense that one partner is a homekeeper and one has a career, the homekeeper is at a massive disadvantage in the case of a split because while the bread-winner has been investing in themselves/their career for however long the marriage has gone on, the homekeeper has been investing in the other partner and their family. Let's take for instance a man and woman who have been married for 15 years. They started off with meager jobs, but the woman slowly…

In traditional marriages where the man had a career and the woman was caring for his home and children courts guaranteeing alimony to the woman would be necessary so that in the case of the divorce she would not be left homeless. The married couple were a team--the man could not have done all he needed to provide for his family without his wife looking after his kids and maintaining home affairs, and the woman would have foregone gathering skills that could have made her valuable as an employee …

Yes. Propagates that women are only worth their appearance, which somehow has an inverse relation to their intellectual capabilities, and that men are only good for what they can provide materially for women. Someone sent me this recently in a how adorable, this poor, lucky schmuck who gets to kiss a model! way. I didn't know what to do but not respond. It is really tasteless from both angles.

Why is this a men's rights issue?

Nowhere in this article was it implied that "cheerleading is too masculine for women". I'm concerned about how you came to that conclusion and why you think such a conclusion is relevant to men's rights. Can you please elaborate?

having sex what I said holding a girl's hand without asking what you read But I know, having verbal communication and confirming the comfort of your partner will slaughter your game and never lead to a healthy adult relationship.

If your method of having sex with a girl is to hide your intentions, prevent her from having any agency, and attempting to maximize her compliance, chances are you are a rapist, not a seducer. To the young men new to the world of dating and sex, please dear god do not follow this advice. In a good sexual experience, you will both feel comfortable, you will both want it to happen, and you will both find it fucking awesome and pleasurable. Seducing a woman doesn't mean sneaking your dick into her …

I think it's a great idea and will score you extra points as a gentleman. The sexiest FWB I had ended our first date by telling me I was beautiful and asking if I minded if he kissed me. You have no idea how much that melted me and made my heart race. We didn't have sex that night, but he ended up being the first person I felt really comfortable with and the first person I actually had really good sex. Him being respectful and letting me feel safe paid off for him as well; because I was so comfo…
