Reality is subjective, I suppose. You’re mentioning going to a place where people just go to have drinks, in that scenario, yes it is perhaps true that you’re not meeting anyone new because you’re only there to relax and chat with your friends. For a lot of women, men that are not overly active on social media or have a big following count, are more attractive. Why? Because we see this type of men as relationship/marriage potential - We perceive it as you are probably busier with your career, a couple side hobbies(maybe you’re into carpentry or kiteboarding? Cool!), family, being outdoors…that’s a lot more interesting and attractive than someone whose main focus is growing their social media to DM Instagram ‘models’.
