| -2 | AN INTERNATIONAL TIMELINE OF FALSE RAPE ALLEGATIONS 1674-2015from what i’ve seen in cases of my close friends it seems that authority often prioritises the reputation of the rapist over the well-being of the victim, i’ve had friends told to refrain from taking their case to court as “it could ruin his life”. It makes me sick that they can say such a thing about someone who didn’t think twice about ruining the victims life. | /r/MensRights | 02/05/22 11:02 AM |
| -1 | AN INTERNATIONAL TIMELINE OF FALSE RAPE ALLEGATIONS 1674-2015I am so so sorry to hear that and i send my love to your sister and your family. It is so disgusting to hear about the countless horrifying and traumatic cases in which the victims never get the justice they deserve. Evidence in sexual assault cases is often so hard to gather and it’s crazy to see that even with the evidence she had provided the rapist did not get charged. It’s honestly so disgusting | /r/MensRights | 02/05/22 10:58 AM |
| -11 | “YeS aLl MeN”yes that is absolutely correct but this was only an example, the same goes in general life, being wary of anyone that may cause you harm | /r/MensRights | 02/05/22 10:51 AM |
| 0 | AN INTERNATIONAL TIMELINE OF FALSE RAPE ALLEGATIONS 1674-2015i believe that in these circumstances in which only 25 out of 1000 sexual assault perpetrators will become incarcerated it is extremely harmful to believe that the remaining 975 victims must’ve been “false accusers”. Would it take for you to relate this question or for someone close to you such as your mother or sister accusing someone of sexual assault to believe actually them. | /r/MensRights | 02/05/22 09:36 AM |
| -4 | AN INTERNATIONAL TIMELINE OF FALSE RAPE ALLEGATIONS 1674-2015I would much rather believe someone who has the minuscule possibility that they may be lying than someone who is more than likely a rapist and this goes for male and female victims obviously | /r/MensRights | 02/05/22 08:54 AM |
| 1 | AN INTERNATIONAL TIMELINE OF FALSE RAPE ALLEGATIONS 1674-2015In comparison to legitimate rape allegations false rape accusations are very rare however are still a very real issue. False allegations are harmful to everyone but that does not mean all allegations should be treated as false you should always believe the accuser until their allegation is proven true or false | /r/MensRights | 01/05/22 11:27 PM |
| 1 | Staring can land you in prison as police crackdown on 'unhealthy sexual behaviour'tbh if ur staring at someone to the point where there visibly uncomfortable and in distress it’s probably a good time to stop and if u wish to continue knowing ur making someone uncomfortable that’s where the problem lies | /r/MensRights | 01/05/22 11:19 PM |
