1	Courts 'should assume women can't consent to sex when drunk': Rape report's controversial proposal We have legal framework for this situation already. If people can’t be held accountable for their actions ( like children, minors or mentally ill people) they are appointed a guardian. So if women are a served one drink they should legally have to identity the person they have appointed responsible for their actions, as they are now essentially minors conducting themselves in an adult setting.
