?? I know... And i also know that he deserves to die. What has that got to do with anything. I was just talking about how you assumed the guy was defending him even though he was just talking about how he read a different news somewhere

You're literally just assuming that. He just informed that the news might be fake, there's a difference between justifying a murder and saying that a news might be fake. I swear you can't say anything now without someone jumping on you assuming a 100 other things about you.

So according to you the system is in men's favor? I dont know why you keep saying this is just one case. This happens in india very often.. where a women makes a false accusation and ruins the man's life. There isnt any law against women who make false allegations. Shouldnt the government do that? She wont even serve 1 day in jail for ruining his whole life, and he spends more than a month in jail, and basically all social life ruined since everyone will look down upon him now. I wont be saying …

It isnt? What did you just read in that post? The girl will face no charges even if the allegation is false. While the boy spent more than a month in jail amd still only released on bail even after the allegation has proven to be false. And basically his whole life is ruined. He'll be hated by the society and all. What'll happen to the girl? Legally, nothing.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
