Who the hell has ever lobbied for lynching? Edit: it really doesn't matter, because the very few that do are just crazy extremists. That's like saying all religions are bad because of ISIS, or all atheists are bad because a few want religion completely destroyed.

What you described is how feminism is discussed by actual academics and people that know a lot about the movement and most that are activists. Unfortunately reddit clings onto the straw man feminist to denounce the entire movement
